Abilities:
> Pain Inducement - It is one that you won't often see him use. His main ability is a touch based power that he can off and on control. What happens when he touches you, is that he can make you feel immense pain and stress to the point where you hyperventilate and your heart beats so fast to where it stops and you die. In a sense, you suffocate while having a heart attack. You will often see him wearing gloves, because every now and then, it can accidentally activate at random. A sound body, and a sound mind are key for him to use it properly. The amount of time usually depends on the person and their species. Since he causes a person to hyperventilate and have a heart attack, it usually depends on the person's body composition. It can take minutes or seconds depending on how their current health is. It could be death or they could survive it, much like normal heart attacks(if he ceases contact when the heart starts to give out).
There is a chance that the person may not even be affected by the pain at all. Kind of depends on how their body would react to immense amounts of pain. As for if they have a heart attack: It would depend on their regenerative abilities and their mortality status. If their heart is capable of stopping from beating way too fast or not. Same would go for their lungs since it kind of prevents you from breathing because of the intense pain. You suffocate because you forget to breathe. So it basically depends on the being's personal capabilities. It can either just be some serious pain, heart complications, or nothing much if they are pain intolerant or have the ability to nullify other abilities.
All in all, it would take several minutes of constant contact with his skin in order for it to take unless they have a weaker body(someone already sick or with heart/lung issues). If he breaks contact quickly, there is a chance they won't have any side-effects and if they do, how well they can recover(if they didn't die or have a stroke) would depend on their own regenerative capabilities. It's not an insta-death.

Personality: Octavius is a very one track mind kind of man. He stays focused and he tends to keep to himself. To others outside of his family, he is a silent beauty who has mysteriousness and a colder nature. To those inside of his family who actually cared about him, he is a tenderhearted defender who looks out for his siblings. His father was abusive and had the ability to implant ideas into a person’s head to make them think that it is their own, kind of driving him a bit mad for a little while. After meeting a person who can negate other abilities a person has, he has been able to keep a clear mind. But the guilt of what he experienced while under control still remains. It has made him a softer spoken person with a thoughtful disposition and a care for how his actions can affect others. He is not one that likes to be touched, but that is due to the ability he has that he doesn’t have much control over. So while he may seem a bit jumpy in close quarters, it is him trying to protect you from getting hurt by him. He is ALWAYS wearing gloves when in the company of others. So all in all, he is quiet, thoughtful, careful, and definitely emotionally guarded.
Bio: Octavius came from an abusive home where he had a political figure demon for a father and a famous succubus actress for a step-mother. He is the eldest of 7 gifted children and a bit of a black sheep due to him being only their half sibling. Along with the second eldest who only shares relation to his younger siblings due to his mother(the actress), who had Masumi(the second eldest) secretly with another man while also having an affair with Octavius’ father. Growing up, the children were expected to act proper and a certain way, but Octavius had a very strained relationship with his father due to him harboring hatred over his infidelity to his birth mother. His human mother was sick, and while she was in bed most days, Octavius stayed with her while his father would be out with Sumi’s mother(a woman known for getting around due to her privilege and good looks). It was that infidelity which caused a fight between his parents and acted as the catalyst for the manifestation of his abilities. During the fight, he touched his mother as she was walking away from his father, trying to console her. She was suddenly spasming with pain and shoved him away. The pain was so intense and her mind was already so warped by his father(who is able to plant thoughts in your head), that she ended up throwing herself out of the hospital window from the grief and pain. His father tries to claim him to be an accomplice to this day.
He didn’t get along with the two younger siblings either because of their mother’s influence of not wanting her children to be involved with another woman’s spawn. The only one that Octavius had a close relationship with was Masumi, who he ironically shared no relation to due to Masumi being a b*****d child. Rehan was not his father because his mother was having multiple affairs at the same time, being a ravenous succubus.
Growing up, he defended Masumi from his father’s abuse(because Masumi was a b*****d child), even as far as using his own personal ability against his father to protect him, and the two became thick as thieves. Things grew a little complicated between them due to Octavius’ mental state growing up around Rehan and Masumi’s dependence on him as the only person to show him kindness. Their relationship developed and things seemed to get worse with his dad and Sumi’s mom because of it. They are from a very rich family constantly in the eye of the public, so the two eldest seeming to be involved in an incestual relationtionship(Even though they weren’t because they AREN’T RELATED, but Masumi was covered up to be Rehan’s son anyways because a b*****d child does not look good for his publicity.) after there was already scandal with Avi’s mom committing suicide, was certainly unacceptable. Mental illness spreads, they would say.
His father’s violent tendencies seemed to just grow worse from there to the point where Masumi and Octavius moved out together when both were of age. Things still did not go well. The younger twin siblings were convinced that it was incest, and therefore were strongly against any relationship between the two. This was destroying Octavius’ already unstable mentality that was heavily becoming warped and manipulated by his father(and his ability to plant thoughts in your head that you think are your own). Things got darker for a long time before things got better.
Octavius was able to break out of his father’s mental manipulation abilities by chance when he met a librarian who is able to negate other abilities. He could finally clear his head and make the rational choice that things had to change. If he had not gone to the library owned by that specific librarian, he may have still been under his father’s thumb today and who knows what would have happened to Sumi.
They care for one another still and Sumi holds no blame for him even after the things he has done while under Avi’s father’s manipulation. Though bittersweet, the two decided to part ways, and both get some healthy personal growth.
Now Octavius is traveling, and Masumi is in a healthy relationship out of the view of his mother and Avi’s father. He is hoping to find his own happiness again and put all the abuse he experienced behind him with the inheritance he got from his biological mother.

Health: Physically he has no illnesses, but he was mentally manipulated(with powers, not just verbal abuse) for years by his father so his mind is a little on the broken side sometimes.
Strengths: He is a fast learner, adapts quickly to his surroundings, is quick-witted, observant and careful.
Weakness: He can be overly guarded, making it hard to make any lasting relationships with others. He can have random panic attacks, rendering him weak and defenseless for a period of time; should someone try to attack him. He has a sensitivity when it comes to the topic of family and will often drop everything if he needs to for Masumi or his other two brothers that he doesn’t hate.

He saved all the money he earned while working under his father, has his mother's full inheritance from her bloodline and her insurance collected by him as stated in her will. He will live quite comfortably for a very long time since he is smart with the management of his funds.
Avi also rejects his last name which belongs to his father and chooses not to take his mother's name either because of his own guilt. He chooses to not have a last name at all.
