Personality: Like his twin he's also pretty laid back but he's much more openly friendly compared to Hwan. He's the one you usually approach first before trying to say anything to the other twin. He's very bubbly and trusting to a fault, also he's the type you'd describe as a 'soft boi'. He can also be described as a bit goofy and dorky though in a way it's his way to compensate for what he feels is him lacking masculinity.
Bio: There's not much to say about the twin's back story, or at least for Han's side. Nothing too crazy happened, they born and mostly raised in Jeonju-si, South Korea. It is one of the smaller cities in the country with a mere 650k population; definitely smaller than Seoul's 9.7 mil. But their city was still a popular tourist zone for food, historic buildings and festivals. The twins had a normal childhood, had both parents. their mother worked grave shifts at a security branch and their father worked with a search and rescue team of natural disasters.
Now you ask of the twin's abilities, they inherited from their parents except it is a slightly different variation from the source. Will go into detail about Haneul's, he got it from their dad whose mutation is to change their atoms as well but Kyung (father) can manipulate his atoms to change between all three states of matter whereas Han can only change to the state of gas. Though it did take a few years before it became pronounced. And it was one hell of a surprise when it did cause Han's childhood story was that he half phased through the as got stuck having his feet dangling through the living room ceiling. Thankfully their father was home was able to unstuck Han. And that's will not be the only incident. Another involved Han running towards a wall thinking he'll phase through and didn't; long story short he broke his nose. It healed but now his nose is permanently slightly crooked.
The first half of their school life wasn't anything out of the ordinary, though it was around middle school was when Han was getting picked on for being 'girly'. The usual aggressive shoves from other guys while girls would date him for only a short period of time before breaking up with him, then they'd usually try for his twin but get turned down. Hwan stood up for him a lot. Though nearly at the end of their high school years, they transferred schools. That was when he met his current significant other, Yasuhiro. It felt like fate since how they met was when Han decided to sit by him during a school festival. After they spent several weeks hanging out with each other was when Han took the chance to confess to him in the good ol' fashion anime confession by having a friend ask Yasu to meet up in an empty classroom. With a confidence boost, he confessed to Yasu and to his surprise his feelings were reciprocated.
After graduating, the twins were sent off to do their mandatory two-year military service. Hwan decided to pursue the military as a career meanwhile Haneul went to college to get his medical assistant diploma before getting training to become a search and rescue like their father. It's been about 5 years since he and Yasu began dating.
