Today is his first real day off since starting his job at Mushroom Kingdom. Not because he is being overworked, but because he genuinely has enjoyed being there. It's fun for him to be surrounded by games. Reminds him how far he has come to actually enjoy being surrounded by technology instead of feeling that it trapped him and he can’t escape. His parents had the goal in mind to make a creature that can easily take apart any government systems just by simply being close enough to them. Their experiments were pretty successful he would say, but they didn’t factor in the part where he was bombarded by technology as if it is alive. Like an entity that can tell he can hear them and wants to be heard. In his mind, he has grown, because instead of him seeing that entity as his enemy, he welcomed them as his friend, which made all the overwhelming parts of the ability quiet. Like understanding them made them in turn understand the pain they can cause him. "Be on your best behavior Promullar. You know that Hwan isn’t a social butterfly. He will close off if we do something stupid." And he had spent too much time cultivating this tentative friendship and place of understanding with the other Kang twin to want to lose it all on a stupid joke.
Today he is visiting with Hwan. He’s already bothered the Kazuki and Kang duo plenty since they got here, and he’s certainly kept in contact with the lovely Fair Maiden. Hwan is probably the only friend of his that he hasn’t bothered at all since coming here. Because he knows how sensitive the man is to environment changes, and to being bothered when he is trying to adapt. So he’s left him alone and given him plenty of time to adjust to his new place of living. Today seemed like a good day to bug him, and at least he is doing it in the comfort of Hwan’s own home so he can be a bit more comfortable. How nice of him!
Though he probably looked hella suspicious before when visiting Han and Yasu, the neighbors were probably used to seeing him by now and knew that he is just a friend of the couple. So him walking merrily up to Hwan’s place and knocking on the door is probably not all that odd for the neighbors to see.

"Do you even age dude?" He is so good at greetings. And apparently at being surprised over a fact that he himself tends to deal with as well. Never aging. Like he can really talk when he is a literal old man that should be dead right now. He guesses that being an experiment has its perks sometimes. He gets to bug he s**t out of his friends forever until they get old and gray. That is, if they even age either. "Oh...right. Hi. Been awhile."
Hwan, if the redhead is to be honest here, has been a bit of an enigma for him. He doesn't try to stand out, he doesn't try to do anything special, he is just...there half the time. He is perfectly content with being a total nobody and always has a chill vibe, even when he is known to have a temper in the past. Yasu has mentioned that although he still doesn't care for his attitude or him in general, even he has noticed that Hwan has gotten a lot more docile with age. Prom gets that way too, he calls it his old man syndrome. "Actually, that would be good. I am off today so I thought to actually come visit with you since I haven't since we got here." Though the man has become a fixture in Yasu's life, he actually hasn't seen Hwan a whole lot. Maybe that is just because of Yasu's weird monopolization complex with Han.
The redhead steps inside when offered, looking around the room as he slips his shoes off by the door and takes off his jacket. He makes sure to take Promullar out of the pocket, earning him a chirp of satisfaction that he wasn't left behind. Instead of just standing around, Prom takes to following Hwan into the kitchen area, taking a seat at the small bar he has in front of the sink. "Nice place. I don't usually like places barren of much color, but it actually looks pretty good with the gray and wood. Did Han design it? Kind of gives me Han did this vibes."

His attempt to hide a grin failed as he pours some coffee for the two of them, pouring into mugs and setting them on the dining table before getting creamers and sugar, the sugar is for Prom if he needs it cause he personally doesn't like it in his coffee. "Yeah Han did most of the interior decoration after asking for my preferences, I personally don't like overly colour...rooms. Though I think the only coloured room in the house is the guest bedroom." The less colours, the less it strains on his eyes. Going through the pantry pulling out a bag of honey butter chips and rice crackers, putting down two of each on the table. "Yeah...it really has been a while. How long has it been, since Levane?" At the start of his career in the military nothing but hectic, the constant moves and the tours; he had hardly any time to catch a break to even spend time with family; it has calmed down since but now it's more like unexpected work from time to time.
tab tab tab After that he grabs his bowl from the living room and takes a seat next to Prom. Adding just a bit of cream in his coffee; taking a sip from it before slowly finishing the rest of his breakfast, it was a little cold now but he doesn't mind it. "So... what have you been up to? Probably something techy, right? He remembered Prom being the tech-savvy one in their friend group, a well-known shenanigan that involves the PA system at their school. As the caffeine is slowly taking effect, Hwan is slowly starting to perk up though his facial expression pretty much remains the same besides his eyes opening wider but not by much.
