Species: He certainly isn't human, but it's hard to say what he is exactly.
Abilities: Prometheus's ability as a whole is Cyberlingualism, the ability to communicate either telepathically, by speaking verbally, or by touching it physically, with all forms of technology, including machinery, computers and other electronics. He can hack into cyber systems, restore information and break computer codes. There are different aspects of his ability that he can utilize.
> A voice no other can hear: Prom can hear a buzzing noise from different pieces of technology that is around him. All of the sounds are different and unique in their pitch, length, range and frequency. This sound translates into binary code that he can understand as words or as images. He basically receives information like a computer.
> Quick Search: Prom is able to search a person's records(public access only) based on their face within mere seconds to several minutes. In the past he had access to more when he was a mercenary, but has since been cut out of that access. It would take him hacking like any regular hacker in order to retrieve that data, but that would drain his energy and would immediately flag whatever he is trying to hack and give his location, so he doesn't even bother to put in the effort. He basically has their technological footprints in his hands. Not only is it for searching up their social accounts, but it tells him every time they break a phone, kick their car or hit their toaster. Technology seems to hold a grudge.
> Absolute Control: Prom has complete control of a technological device he commands. Though they will sometimes retaliate, when Prom gives it an order, it cannot disobey him. Sometimes this will lead to spontaneous combustion when he gets violent and angry, unintentionally overloading their code with too many commands. This also is a major drawback for him, as it means he has constant data coming to and from him so that he can have days where he doesn't sleep and has to take strong meds to actually help with his insomnia.
> Empathic Connection: Because it is a machine, a lot of people do not see their technology as a living being in any sense. But Prom can connect to the devices on an emotional scale. They can often affect his emotions by imprinting what they feel through code. To him, he sees it as clear as a human emotion, and will get angry if he sees someone abusing devices. In the beginning, it was an inconvenience for him, but he has come to respect the devices around him and consider them as friends, even when they get really annoying.
> Memory Core: When Prom says that he can't remember something, it is because his brain is like a hard drive of constant information. Meaning: Information is constantly being processed and sent to his brain like he is a computer receiving WiFi. In a sense, Prom is like a computer whose memory can be overwritten with other code or can be stored away until he needs it later. If he needs to forget something, that data gets sent to his Promullar device for later recollection. This has, in some way, given his phone a unique personality and some sentience, more so than other devices which can't do things without his command or the use of a person.
> Semi-Immortality: Prom isn't exactly sure how he is able to do what he can do, nor is he sure about why he can go days without sleeping repeatedly without getting sick from it. He has also noticed that he hasn't aged at all since he turned twenty a very long time ago. It is speculated that the equipment his parents were using without authorization was actually being used on him and that he is a test tube baby that had underwent multiple experiments. Which would explain the emotional disconnect of his parents towards him.

Personality: For a time, Prom was known to be rambunctious, reckless, loud, brash and hard to nail down to one specific word of description. He wore dresses just because he could, harassed people without a care and always acted like a little s**t. He was bright and bubbly, but had a very sharp tongue.
There was a point where he suddenly changed and was bitter, resentful, careless, homicidal and known to cause self-harm. He was also very paranoid, showing signs of severe PTSD and schizophrenia.
Now, he kind of has adopted a mix of both. He is sarcastic and cracks jokes, but when you leave him to his devices, he is quiet and thoughtful. He seems far away most of the time, always spacing out with binary code flitting across his vision. He can sometimes look a little sad and resigned when he doesn’t speak, but his smiles are soft and genuine now. While you can see the rambunctious younger self in there, you can also see a tired man trying to shed years of trauma, and live a calmer and easier life. Sometimes he will be talking to himself, but usually it is in different languages, and it is actually him responding to a piece of technology talking to him. You will mostly see him laughing and chatting with his phone, which actually makes sounds and talks with him through video splices. (Think Bumble Bee, but with youtube videos getting cut to speak.)
Bio: Prom was born in Kazan, Russia to his two parents Thaddeus Titus and Elena Titus. His parents were a pair of government scientists known for doing less than humane experiments on living beings. Prometheus lived in a small house with his two parents under strict supervision. He started speaking at age 2, but only in the form of numbers and started to show signs of speaking with computers at age 4. Around this time, he could sometimes be inconsolable at night because he couldn’t sleep. After several months, he finally started speaking Russian, though the progress was very slow and he was almost 5 by the time he became fluent.

Prom is struck for the first time by his father at the age of 5 for crying so much when Thaddeus was trying to sleep. This became something frequent for him as he grew up due to his father’s impatience with his insomnia. Prom finished his primary education in Russia at the young age of 7,. He received an award for advanced learning at the age of 8 for being the youngest to move on from primary to senior learning. This seemed to please his father and for a time the physical abuse stopped and he seemed to make some progress.
It was when Prom started his senior education that things started to go south again rather quickly. He got into his first fight with a student 3 years older than him because they made fun of him for being caught talking to a computer. He was often bullied because he was younger than the others, and called a freak for his affinity with technology. Because he kept getting into trouble, Prom's father started to become much more abusive than before. At the age of 8, Prom was sent to the hospital by ambulance for a concussion and a laceration where his father broke a bottle over his head. Though things were turbulent for a while, Prom still finished his senior learning at 8 1/2 years old. Even though he was quite young, Prom decided to take secondary learning for 2 years so he could go to school for Computer Science. Prom received his Attestat o Srednem (Polnom) Obshchem Obrazovanii (Certificate of Secondary Complete General Education) at age 10 for his higher learning. So far, his abuse has come and gone in waves. If he pleased his father then he got a reprieve, but if he angers him all over again, he received a worse beating than before. His mother was completely unhelpful and tried to turn a blind eye to the abuse to protect his younger sibling.
Prom started having more incidents with technology overloading him (which seemed to get worse with his father's abuse.) He was unable to attend his dream college due to him reaching excessive incidents with technology causing health risks. Prom's lack of sleep wasn’t any better, his crying fits, massive headaches, nose bleeds and lack of nourishment started at age 10. However, Prom was one day found on the side of the road by authorities and was given to his next of kin when his parents were declared missing.
He lived with his grandmother and his aunt on his father's side in Irkutsk, Russia. Prom started seeing a counselor and a doctor to take medications to help regulate his ability's effects on his body. He finally started reaching a normal point of his life and tried to revisit his dream for computer science at age 13. For once it felt like he had reached a happy point of his life when the school he wanted to attend accepted him. His aunt and his grandmother gave him things he lacked before: love and support. He was happy, childish and finally a lot more carefree and comfortable in his skin. He was doing very well after 3 years of trauma recovery and counseling.
It didn’t last. Prom's life hit rock bottom again when his father showed up and killed his grandmother as well as his Aunt (he still doesn’t know that, as they took him at his school). He discovered his mother and father went into hiding for a while after they were caught stealing lab resources for personal projects. Prom's father and mother tried to take him away from Russia to sell him to someone they knew, but Prom made their car crash against a tree, assuming he killed his mother, father and brother in the wreck. He was found alive and spent time in the hospital, recovering from his injuries while going through low points even more after the doctors told him what happened to his grandmother and aunt. He stopped taking his medication to dull the hum of technology. Feeling like he had nothing to live for, he tried to commit suicide for the first time at age 14 by stabbing himself and was put into a ward for troubled young teens with suicidal tendencies. Prom attempted to commit suicide in various ways 5 times in the ward when his abilities made him become more and more mentally unstable. The more technology grew around him, the worse it got.
Eventually he escaped the ward several months later when they tried to take him to a hospital after attempting suicide for a 6th time, this time by hanging himself with his bed sheets. This was when he started to notice changes with his body and his inability to properly sustain injuries for long, making his attempts useless to him. His recklessness started around this time as well.
At age 15, Prom started getting involved with some sketchy people, gathering information from them so he could sell it to other sketchy people in Russia. It became a hobby of his to screw over big deals involving arms and drugs. This was when he stopped fighting his powers and started utilizing them for his own gain. He started reaching dangerous points of his work that led to many deaths of innocent and guilty bystanders, and theft of many gangs. Because of this, he tried to kill himself 3 more times during this year and was hospitalized each time, nearly escaping the police. Nearly. Eventually a group of mercenaries caught interest in him and recruited him into their faction. Because he wanted to do things in a way that didn’t get other people killed, he took the offer. He would stay with them for about a decade or two. During this time it became obvious that he did not age at all and his abilities were at their peak.
Eventually he got a job to spy on a known soul thief in Russia via a friendly tip from an anonymous name. Prom met Vladimir Claudine, the soul stealer, and worked as his assistant/apprentice while also gathering intel for his employers. He worked for Vlad for a year, eventually going dark after repeatedly telling them that he hadn’t gotten any concrete info on him. And that is because he started getting involved and more serious about his work for Vlad, doing anything and everything the man asked. It was his first time being enamored with someone, and he fell heavily. Soon their relationship became more physical as they worked together. However, he started getting wary of Vlad when the man started to get more and more possessive. Vlad forbade Prom from leaving the house at any point in time, forcibly moving the other into his own home to keep a better eye on him. Prom was eventually unable to interact with anyone else outside of Vlad, like he was under observation. For a while, he put up with it, and let the man keep his possessiveness over him. It made Prom feel wanted and treasured for once, so he ignored the toxic behavior that Vlad displayed. They were together for 5 years.
Their fights got worse when Prom found out that Vladimir was actually the person that his father had planned to sell him to after he found a picture of them together in college. He confronted Vlad about it and Vlad admitted that he was the one that tipped off Prom’s team about the “soul stealer” to lead him there when he found out that his “purchase” was alive after all. Prom waited until Vlad had left on a business trip before he took off with a handful of things, covering his tracks digitally by wiping all known files of himself. He started making his way down to the states through smuggling and hitching rides (as he had erased all of his records). While he still had money he inherited from the multiple deaths in his family and whatever he stole from Vlad, he took on odd jobs while in the states to cover extra expenses. Soon, though he was well over middle age at this point, Prom found a private school to lay low in and faked records to hide there. He met several friends while there, making a lasting and close friendship with another person in a group they have for children of abuse. He and Yasuhiro Kazuki were great friends and thick as thieves.
It lasted him for a little while, but eventually Vlad found him again. Vlad tried to reconcile, though he took less than gentle measures to get what he wanted. They lived together in hesitant comfort until a couple years later when Yasu told Prom that he was moving away while his significant other served in the military and asked if he wanted to travel with him back home to Japan while he got his degree. With a healthy friendship and a growing closeness to what family Yasu kept, Prom finally, FINALLY, got settled and started going into counseling again. When Yasu left home again with his fiance, Prom followed, because Yasu and his healthy relationship had become a safe space for him.

Skills: Because of his time with mercenaries, Prom is a decent fighter. He has an exceptionally good memory so he basically compiles multiple languages he learns, and he is uber fast at absorbing information.
Body Type: Prom is not heavily built, but he does remain lean and has some nice muscle. But sometimes he is too lazy and just wants to eat his yum_cupcake .
Health: Though he doesn’t get sick, Prom has terrible insomnia and used to get frequent nosebleeds. The nosebleeds have lessened over time, but he still has trouble sleeping without medicinal help sometimes.
Strengths: He learns things at a rapid pace, he is smart, manages his capabilities well without overestimating himself and he is organized.
Weakness: He spaces out way too much when he zones in on tech, his mouth gets him into way too much trouble, he can still have spurts of recklessness and he isn’t a great people person sometimes………..all the time.

Extra: Prom knows 50 different languages, including binary. He also claims that his code name while with the Mercs was Bob. Just. Bob. His mother and brother actually survived the wreck and he will sometimes connect with them to see how they are. But his mother doesn’t like to share information, so he doesn’t always contact her. Clearly he got his regeneration from her, considering she is still alive and looks even younger than him.
He also is best friends with his cellphone...which is also sentient. You do not insult his Promullar. They both are sassy and do not forget.
