*WitTiCS Sequel: New Comedy Sketches*
The Guild Owner continues playing, setting off a Time Machine Multiball after locking Ball 3. Guild Owner: The Clues in Where in Time is Carmen Sandiego come in the form of Comedy Sketches that features, just to name a few...
Figures being brought on board the Chronoskimmer,
Figures being brought On Screen
Figures telling a Story On Screen
A Conversation between Carmen and her Lackey being spied upon
Carmen's Lackey talking to the players directly via contacting the Chronoskimmer
Later in Season 2, new Sketches were introduced such as the Chronoskimmer colliding with another Chronoskimmer from the Past or Future with the Same People onboard. In Short, talking to one's Past or Future Selves.
Another Comedy Sketch that was introduced in the Children's Game was the Parallel Universe where the roles are Reversed with ACME TimeNet being called ACME SlimeNet. And yes, I am aware that its a Kids Show.
Other than that, these Sketches are worth 10 Power Points for each player who answers correctly as they work the same way they did in Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego.

*WitTiCS Sequel: Main Gameplay Common Tropes for Rounds 1 & 2*
The Guild Owner Losses Ball 1 and Ball 2 is launched.
Guild Owner: Rats, I lost one ball on that Pinball Game, but I have 2 Left.
Anyway, some Elements are shared with Where in the World include a Where in Time Version of The Chase called Global Pursuit which is worth 5 Power Points for each Correct answer while an incorrect answer deducts 5 Power Points.
The Chronoskimmer runs on Fact Fuel in the Television show, as I have no comment on that. Throughout the show, they would need to refuel and repair with a Lightning Round called the Data Boost.
In this Data Boost Lighting Round, a Question with 2-3 Possible Answers would be shown, the players would then need to ring in then answer, as a Correct answer earns 5 Power Points while an incorrect answer deducts 5 Power Points, in Jeopardy style.
This was played 3 Times throughout the show...
First was when the Chronoskimmer arrives at the Time Target Destination, during Season 1.
The Second Time was played when Carmen's Lackey taunts the Time Pilots then attacks the Chronoskimmer on sight.
The Third time is the Final Questions asked in the form of a Harder Lightning Round called the Ultimate Data Boost, where the same rules of the Lightning Round apply but each question is worth 10 Power Points for each Correct answer and 10 Power Points lost for each incorrect answer.
After the Ultimate Data Boost is played, the Third Place Player is eliminated from Gameplay and sent back to ACME TimeNet Command in The Present with some Consolation Prizes in hand.

Dranor whispered What was the Grand Prize for this so-called Where in Time is Carmen Sandiego?

*WitTiCS Sequel: Main Gameplay Common Tropes for Round 3*
The Guild Owner gains an Extra Ball on Ball 2 and lights up "Shoot Again".
Guild Owner: Sweet! I got an Extra Ball on TimeShock!
Anyway, I'll get to that in a moment as I have 2 more Rounds to talk about. Round 3, like Where in the World, has the 2 remaining players face of against each other. After the Chronoskimmer recovers the Loot Orb containing the Stolen Object and Idea in History from Carmen's Lackey, has a Memory Game played but it was different in Where in Time.
The whole idea of the Memory Game in Where in Time is to Navigate the Chronoskimmer by charting a course throughout 8 Different Events in History. Starting with the Most Recent and Ending with the Least Recent with the Final Least Recent being the Point of Origin. The 2 Time Pilots went back and forth just like Where in the World until one player names out all 8 Events in the Correct Order, Saving History and Restoring the Loot Orb containing the Stolen Object or Stolen Idea to its Rightful Place in History which determines which Time Pilot becomes Champion. The Champion Player sends the Loot Orb back to its Rightful Place in History using the Loot Orb Transporter inside the Chronoskimmer during Season 2, while in Season 1, the Loot Orb is sent back to its Rightful Place in History automatically.
After that, the Runner Up Second Player is eliminated from Gameplay and sent back to The Present with Consolation Prizes in hand. While the Champion goes after Carmen Sandiego in hopes of winning the Grand Prize which is a Complete Britannica Multimedia Computer System with Windows 95 or Windows 98 as this was 1996 to 1998.
In a Fandom Sense, the Grand Prize would still be a Computer System complete with Britannica Reference Material along with some extra bits and pieces.

User Image
*WitTiCS Sequel: Endgame for Round 4*
Guild Owner: The Champion who wins the game advances to the Bonus Round called the Trail of Time.
The Goal of this round sounds easy enough, the Champion has to Open 6 Time Gates by answering 6 Questions asked by Carmen Sandiego herself. Here's an example of one of them...
"The year is 1998... On the Anime Television Series, All Purpose Cultural Cat Girl, Mishima Industries has Giant Robots running loose in what Japanese City.
Maneki City or Tokyo"
Besides that, there's no clear path taken during the Bonus Round. In a fandom sense, the order of the Time Gates does not matter as its pointed out by the Engine Crew to where the Champion would advance to the Next Time Gate but Lighting up the Time Gates could help. In the Second Season, the Last Time Gate is lit up.
Should the Champion player answer correctly, the Time Gate would open directly. However, an incorrect answer would have the Champion player preform a task to open the Time Gate manually.
Also in the Television show, the Champion could miss one Time Gate without the risk of losing.
2 Missed Time Gates would be pushing the envelope
and 3 Missed Time Gates, would hinder the progress to the point of losing.
But should the player answer all 6 Questions Correctly and in the process, open all 6 Time Gates or Open all 6 Time Gates manually, that Champion Fully Charges the Capture Crystal, then places it into the Chronolock Chamber & that Champion Time Pilot captures Carmen Sandiego to win the Grand Prize.

Pinball Cabinet: Well played...
Guild Owner: Oh, would you look at that. I beat Today's High Score on TimeShock! Enters Initials to registers Today's High Score & earns a Continue for setting Today's High Score on TimeShock.
Guild Owner: Anyway, the Trail of Time Bonus Round is similar to the World Map's Bonus Round in Where in the World.
After that, the Chronoskimmer Team along with the Champion Time Pilot would return to The Present after a successful mission.
The Guild Owner then turns off the TimeShock Pinball Cabinet.

Drenden whispered Did this Carmen Sandiego get her own cartoon series because of these 2 Children's Games on PBS?

*Carmen Sandiego Television Adaptations*
Guild Owner: I have my thoughts on doing an OOC Games on these 2 Children's Games but not at the moment as I would need to think of a Roster for Carmen Sandiego to use first.
As for the character of Carmen Sandiego from the Children's Games on PBS did well enough to get 2 animated cartoon series. The First was shown on Fox Kids via Fox Network from 1994 to 1999 along with a Netflix Reboot from 2019 to 2021.

*Overall & Thoughts on WitWiCS & WiTiCS*
Guild Owner: These 2 Children's Games fall under a term that's a rare sight. Being called "Stealth Education" which was common for another PBS Series, "The Magic School Bus", but that also applies to these 2 Children's Games. "Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego & Where in Time is Carmen Sandiego", are not just Children's Games being Adventure Themed alone, as we learn new information about Geography & History. Like a Detective or Time Pilot trying to find out where Carmen's Lackey was hiding with the Stolen Object or Idea in hand.
Where in Time is Carmen Sandiego, however, had a Higher Production Value on a Lower Budget Scale being on Par with Where in the World. Both of these 2 Children's Games are also part of my Childhood when I was 10 years old.
But as I said before with Finders Keepers, Fandoms to have a fanfiction based on its days in the spotlight, anything can happen & a Children's Game Show on Public Access Television being PBS Stations that finished airing in the past can be reversed. Throughout Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego, I counted over 80 Victories across its 5 Seasons from 1991 to 1996.

Dranor whispered. Ariane. Why does the Narrator think that these 2 Children's Games deserve to be brought back along with a Modern Reboot or Remake of two Children's Games that was once on PBS Stations from 1991 to 1998?
In these 2 Games, what happens if 2 to 3 Players are tied?
In Round 3, what happens if a Player finds the Stolen Object or Idea, Warrant or Crook by themselves in Where in the World, or a Correct Event in Where in Time?

Aedelyn raised his hand with a question for the Narrator. Does Jeopardy count as having a Children Remake too because you mentioned Jeopardy 6 times now in this PSA.

Guild Owner: Sometimes Yes to some people and sometimes No to some people. As one of Jeopardy's Remakes falls under "Adjusting a Television Game by making it for Children" which has potential to do so but I'll talk about that later.

*FAQs Carmen Sandiago Games 1-3: Remakes*
Guild Owner: To answer your first question. Both Where in the World and Where in Time to have a Remake would be a good idea because they would contain updated History and Geography. As there would be almost too many updates History and Geography to tell you about.

*FAQs Carmen Sandiago Games 2-3: Tiebreakers*
Guild Owner: In both Where in Time and Where in the World, should Round 1 & 2 end with the players score tied tied, a Tiebreaker would be played.
Round 2 of Where in the World takes place after the Intermission Sketches while Round 2 takes place after the 2nd Lightning Round Data Boost where the Chronoskimmer is attacked by Carmen's Lackey.
Where in the World's Tiebreaker has Tiebreaker Questions to decide which 2 players advance to the Tourist Location Round.
Where in Time's Tiebreaker, on the other hand, also has Tiebreaker Questions is asked to decide which 2 players advance to the History Memory Game Round.
The Where in the World's 3rd Round is called the Jailtime Challenge while Where in Time's 3rd Round is called the Chronological Order Game.

*FAQs Carmen Sandiago Games 3-3: Correct answers in Jailtime or Chronological Order Challenges*
Guild Owner: In the Jailtime Challenge Round of Where in the World, if a player finds the Stolen Object or Idea, Warrant or Carmen's Lackey by itself, that player gets another turn.
In the Chronological Order Game, if a player navigates the Chronoskimmer to at least one Correct Event by itself, that player gets another turn.

Guild Owner: Well, I hope you enjoyed part of the tour of the Player's House. What did you think?
Here's a fun fact, Universal Studios celebrated their movie legacy by turning their studio at Universal City, California into an Amusement Park.
The Phantom of the Opera, Opera House Sound Stage 28 that stood for over 96 Years was demolished to make room for a Harry Potter Attraction.

Eldin whispered What do you think of the Narrator's home?

*LodgeNet Entertainment System 3000*
Guild Owner: There is another thing I forgot to Mention about the Nintendo Gateway System as one was made for Air Travel such as Delta Air Lines, American Airlines, just to name a few, even some Hotels had this too.
This was called LodgeNet Entertainment System 3000. The Pricing out this was very expensive too as it was a more Expensive Version of the LodgeNet Super Nintendo with a $50 Activation & Installation.
The LodgeNet Entertainment System 3000 could be featured on an OOC Game as a Prize along its games that were featured as it was from 1994.
LodgeNet Entertainment System 3000 Controller = $2,000 to $4,000
SNES Nintendo Gateway Games = $180
Nintendo Gateway Movies = $27
So that would be $2,257 or $4,257 if the LodgeNet Entertainment System 3000 is still around today.
LodgeNet Entertainment System 3000 Version 1 Complete = $2,257
LodgeNet Entertainment System 3000 Version 2 Complete = $4,257

*Favorite Double Dare Version*
Guild Owner: That would be the Marc Summers Era from 1986 to 1993. If Double Dare Classic and Super Sloppy Double Dare was still around today, they would also be filmed at the Nickelodeon Studios. Super Sloppy Double Dare was taped in Florida later in 1989 as the Universal Studios Amusement Park was under construction.

*Legends of the Hidden Temple Extras*
Guild Owner: If I worked on an OOC Game fandom of Legends of the Hidden Temple, I could add a Bonus Pendant called a "Master Pendant of Life" which would be inside one of the Rooms of the Temple during the Temple Run and how that would work is if a Champion Team finds it and is carrying it, then the Temple Guards, when attempting to grab a player when the player has a Master Pendant of Life, would turn away and retreat.
As Pendants of Life are used to ward off Temple Guards & traded for progression, a Master Pendant of Life would grant a player immunity. That means the player carrying a Master Pendant of Life CAN'T be grabbed by a Temple Guard, lose a Pendant of Life for progression or be thrown out of the temple in the process, but I would have to think about which room it would be located if a Master Pendant of Life is enabled.

Drenden whispered For the OOC Game of Where in Time, How many of Carmen Sandiego's Lackeys were there across Where in Time's 2 Seasons?
In the Second Season of Where in Time, wasn't there a Comedy Sketch played before the Time Pilot players are introduced?
In both Where in Time & Where in the World, what were the Consolation Prizes for the Detective or Time Pliot Players who were eliminated from gameplay or the Champion is unable to complete the Bonus Rounds due to Time Constraints?
