The battle for the royal key has begun. The arrancars are now fighting the members of the 13 court guard squads starting with Captain Soifon of squad 2, Lieutenant Omeida of squad 2, Captain Hitsuguya of squad 10, and Lieutenant Matsomoto of squad 10.

It appears like Soifon made quick work of her opponent and is about to finish him off.

The arrancar escaped and released his sword, thus transforming into something a lot more dangerous than before. Soifon has trouble trying to defeat him while her lieutenant was also having trouble with his arrancar.
