Ty had just finished setting aside a freshly baked tray of cookies and wiped his hands on his apron when he was gently poked on the hand by a tiny cookie cat. Smiling, Ty gently tickled the little cookie feline before scooping 'her' up to set on his shoulder. "Ah, thanks for reminding me, I had almost forgot! I'm... supposed to meet someone?" he said, half as a reminder to himself, half as a question.
Glancing over at the clock, he slightly frowned. "Hmmm, they are late?" he said before the cookie cat smacked her tiny crumbly paw into his cheek. "Alright alright, so am I." he chuckled, shaking his head gently. He was always surprised how much personality these little bakers helpers had, from watching his Mom's helpers as he grew to discovering he could do the very same, only with animal shaped cookies. It was something that just brought him joy.
Plus, they really did help him remember things when he got lost in the baking process.
"Alright, so he should be here, somewhere. Maybe he's waiting outside. Let's take a look shall we?" the fluttercorn smiled, taking off his apron, folding it near perfectly save for one stray corner and setting it on a clean counter. Grabbing his shades off a hanger on the wall he slipped them over his eyes in preparation for the bright light that would soon beam in from outside.
And as it did so, he laughed, still bringing a hand up to his face to shield more rays before he fully stepped outside, letting the breeze shake his sprinkle covered mane and tail. "Now.... where.....might....they....Ah?" he said, spotting a new face in town and walking up excitedly.
"Valko, right?"
