“Ahhhhlright!” Musica would turn to her sparring partner after stretching her arms above her head. “It’s pretty cool of you to join Arashi, too Seika!” The police chief looked at the samurai with a broad smile on her face. “And I dig the new style, it suits you!” It had been a hot minute since Musica had seen Seika, but it looked like the quiet samurai was adjusting well to shinobi life. Musica decided that after this training, she’d take the samurai out for food, so they could catch up.
“Well, I’m fairly certain you’re wondering why I brought you all the way out here.” Musica continued as she loosely planted her hands on her hips. “Y’see, I know shinobi life is new to you. Plus, I haven’t seen you in a while, so I wanna make sure you’re still in tip top shape.” Her grin shrunk down to a smirk as she continued. “So you and I are gonna go a round, see if that blade of yours is as sharp as ever.” Musica flexed her hands and, from a poof of smoke, her two swords were in her hands. “Sound good?”
Seika had always been the more quiet one since coming to Arashi for the first time. Maybe it was the difference in world view from remaining in Zaishin to stepping out of her comfort zone and seeing the different villages and such. Although she had taken the oath to become an Arashi shinobi, the samurai's heart was forever tied with Zaishin because of her bloodline. She'd spend it enjoying what new things she could experience as well as whatever came her way one day. But today, Seika would be spending time with one of her superiors. Musica, who she had met from one of her earliest missions when coming to the village, would invite her to a walk around the village that had quickly turned into something else. They found themselves near the outskirts of the population, where Seika would smile a bit at her superior.
"It's thanks to Thresher and Akari. If I hadn't had met them in Zaishin, I would have never been allowed to step foot outside the village." she regaled, looking a bit surprised at the police cief's compliment, managing to grow a faint red color from Seika's cheeks before her intentions were revealed. A quick spar was within reason for Musica, and Seika definitely had a feeling something was amiss. "I've actually been hoping that you would ask. I'm still not as good as Kenji was, and I need to test myself. You would be a most honorable opponent." Seika smiled so faintly before unsheathing her ANBU appointed blade. Since the incident at the Kage Summit, her old weapon had been shattered and hadn't returned to Zaishin to forge a new one because of personal reasons. But for now, Seika would make due with this one.
"I hope you'll hold nothing back from me, Musica. I want to see why you're my superior." Seika said in a playful fashion before taking a stance with her blade. "I am ready."

“Well I’m not interested in how strong Kenji was. So you shouldn’t try and compare yourself to them, either.” With that out of the way, Musica would initiate combat. The white haired woman held a hand up, pointing her palm toward Seika as she gathered chakra. Nearly instantly she fired over a dozen blasts of plasma at the samurai, all hurtling at her from different directions. Creating almost a net of plasma as the lasers homed in on the girl. [Laser Circus, Laser Riding A>Blood Knight Korabo>S Overwhelming] A single laser curved behind Seika, revealing Musica riding on it as if it were a rail once she was behind her target. Seika would see two Musica’s, the one close to her and the second one that fired the lasers. She would jump off of the beam with a spin and come crashing down with her leg, slamming her foot down to kick the Seiryu. [Razor Wind Kick C>>S Simple] Musica would land and press her attack, taking a step to spin her swords into a horizontal slash. [Blue Heaven A>>S Rank Complex] “But don’t think this’ll be some walk in the park, either! You’re not the only one who’s been trainin’ this month!”
▰ Laser Circus | Rank A>>S Overwhelming Stretching both hands outward after a set of seals, the user releases five lasers beams of plasma that are capable of burning holes through solid steel easily. These attacks are extremely direct, though they can and will bend towards a Marked target.
▰ Laser Riding | Rank A>>S Overwhelming When on a surface of water at least the size of a kiddie pool, the user can move at the speed of the base technique, able to evade anything that isnt of the same rank while riding on what appears to be a surfboard made of plasma. It should be noted that this technique, if overwhelming, will also allow the user to outrun same rank skills. It can also be used to ram the plasma into an opponent or technique well.

Seika exhaled, recalling the first two virtues of Reiken as her body began to emit an azure glow. Her eyes possessed an ethereal glow to them. The sword case by her hip which was empty would now be filled by numerous amounts of chakra infused blades, crackling with energy as Seika nodded in response to Musica's reminder to not compare herself so often. It was honestly a bad habit of hers ever since becoming a samurai. One that was not helped by who she was beforehand. Musica raised her hand to the sky as a barrage of lasers would attack the samurai from all angle. Falling back, she shoved her sword away and grabbed one of the many Reiken swords in her sheathe to unleash the one in her hand. With a windup, Seika would unleash a wide slashing attack in the middle of the laser's path. Her chakra enriched weapon phased through the attacks surrounding her as the swing's effects went around her. [Virtuous Swipe | Rank A -> S+ Overwhelming | Complex]
But a familiar scent hit the girl's nostrils. One laser had snuck around her attack to sneak behind her, as Musica rode it to attack her from behind. She spun around only to be surprised by two Musicas that would face her. The one of the rail would leap up and come crashing down on Seika, her foot flying through the air with an axe drop. Seika quickly somersaulted away a few feet while impressed by the power this woman possessed.[Whorl | Rank D -> S | Simple]
"You've become very strong, as I expected. As I said before, you're stronger than I could aspire to. Now allow me to show you what the Seiryu are capable of." Seika said, quickly breaking out into a dead sprint at the woman, bouncing toward her as each step brought about a surge of water behind her. A large wave was forming behind the Seiryu with every step she took. Once within ten feet, Seika vanished from sight. All was silent, until crescent slash came for Musica's chest, then Seika appearing behind her. As the blade of water land, the main attack followed, followed by the massive wave of water crashing into the fighting area. Once finished, Seika would wink at Musica, water flowing underneath them, having been thinned feet wise by the stretch of the wide area around them.
Jutsu Used: 1. Second Virtue: Respect | Rank D | Simple [Cost is E-rank] The warrior suspends their emotional suffering by paying respect not to their ego but to the universe. The second virtue state allows the user's body to gain another 1 point increase in strength, speed, and agility. During this period of enlightenment, the user's eyes glow moderately brighter than usual and a glow is often annotated around their body that is notably luminous. The color of the eyes and the aura is identical to that of the Reiken (spirit sword). This second virtue state does not cost an activation but does require an initial D-Rank stamina cost plus a D-Rank upkeep per post for two posts. This state has a maximum duration of three posts. In this virtue state, the warrior spirit can appear as an after image after every attack. This is purely aesthetic unless up to an A-Rank amount of chakra is applied to give it additional substance
2. ▰ Virtuous Swipe [ Kōketsuna Suwaipu ] | Rank B -> S Overwhelming | Complex [Cost is C-Rank] The user slashes with their Reiken during the first virtue state. Doing so summons the giant blade of the spirit warrior without the appearance of it manifested. This means that the slash can cause enough damage to form a twenty-foot wide crevice that is five feet deep. The warrior spirit's blade can be fully manifested at the higher virtue states but its usage here is invisible to the naked eye.
3. ▰ Whorl | Rank D -> S | Simple The user performing several somersaults as they travel through the air, gaining a [1] point increase in speed or agility per rank of the technique. This can be used defensively to evade an attack or directly after a kicking technique. If used after a kicking technique, the user gains a [1] point speed increase to their next kicking attack if used directly after this technique. Alternatively, this technique can be used to relive damage from techniques that cause knock back or send the user flying to the ground by using the technique at the rank of the technique it is defending against.
4. ▰ Ninth Form Modified: Water Splash Chaos [ Ku no Kata Kuzure: Mizushibuki Konton ] | Rank S+ | Complex | Overwhelming The user explodes forward, charging the target with a [4] point increase to speed. The user's explosive movement is augmented by the creation of ten foot waves that wash over the area with each step taken over a seventy five foot distance. Unlike it's prior form, the Chaos variant does not require solid ground, nor water to tread upon. The user's footsteps may take place mid air or anywhere that is required to move to a target. This allows the user to follow even the most evasive foe and those in flight. The user vanishes from sight just before delivering a beheading horizontal slash, leaving them behind their target. The waves created by the user's foot steps collectively gather, following the user in any direction they had taken to create a one hundred and fifty foot wave that crashes into the target, flooding the area in a body of water measuring fifty feet in depth. Musica’s slash carried her behind Seika, causing her to spin on the surface of the water in a low crouch. The white haired girl rotated until she was facing her opponent once more. Musica watched as the samurai rushed at her and the police chief pressed her blades together.[Deflecting Stance B>>S+ Simple] “Nonsense!” Musica chided her friend. With a quick spark of electricity the blades latched into one as Musica held them up to Seika’s weapon. She rushed forward as well, with the plan to meet Seika halfway to clash. The metal sang out with a ring as blade hit blade, causing sparks to fall into the water. Musica parried the weapon and ducked down to step behind the samurai. [Spiral Step B>>S Complex] However, the girl’s focus was ripped away from her. The Seiryu girl winked at the Jonin with a smile and Musica felt her heart stop for a moment. Her face felt warm as a slight red crept upon her cheeks.
It was more than enough for her to not be ready for the wave that Seika would create with her swing. Musica was blasted back and up, sending her head over heels into the air. Her Twin Storm Cutter blade was knocked from her hands, but Musica was able to flip and steady herself. As she soared, she held her hands a few inches apart, one over the other, at her stomach level. A small gust of wind blew around her as she gathered chakra in her palms, creating a rapidly spinning ball of chakra. The Arashi shinobi performed a side arm toss to throw the Rasengan with her metal arm just before she landed on a fence post. [Vanishing Rasengan A Overwhelming Spiritual] Musica rose to her feet on her perch just as the Rasengan disappeared, seemingly fizzling out. “You shouldn’t compare yourself to me either!” Musica’s voice was hard, but there was no malice in her tone. It was pure confidence and support towards her friend, and it would be clear with a smile on her face. “Your goal should be to surpass me, not thinking you’re beneath me!” As she spoke she jabbed her thumb to her chest. At the same time, her Rasengan would suddenly reappear before Seika on a collision course with her stomach.
Musica's body would loosen as her face would soften, giving Seika her broad grin. She crouched down, letting her wrists hang over her knees as her swords appeared in her grip again. "After all, why should you limit yourself like that, Seika? I think you're amazing!" She added with a slight tilt of her head.

▰ Spiral Step [ Rasen Kōshin | Rank B>>S | Taijutsu | Complex Musica moves in a spiral manner while dodging an oncoming attack, keeping her chakra "cool" against her opponents offensive "hot" chakra. This motion increases her Agility by [2] when this technique is cast. Spiral Step creates a burst of frigid air in a [20] Foot Radius, applying Tier 2 Frostbite to anyone within that radius, and freezes ranged techniques of its potency or lower. If used in the same post as Hiru Shoten Ha, this technique costs no activation.
Third Action: ▰ Vanishing Spiral Sphere [ Kieru Rasengan ] | Rank A Overwhelming | Augment An augment of the Maruton Rasengan. The user brings both hands together and forms a small marble sized rasengan that causes a faint breeze to flow around the user. The user then hurls this miniature Rasengan at their foe up to fifty feet away. As the orb travels wihtin the first ten feet, the lightning element activates abruptly which causes it to vanish from sight. Only those with dojutsu with body ranks S Rank or higher or sensory techniques S Rank or higher can detect the Rasengan once it vanishes, seeming to have fizzled out. The target will be stricken by the invisible Rasengan to their surprise as it manifests upon contact. Upon contact, the orb rotates rapidly, applying a drill-like effect to the target, allowing it to shred through techniques, treating spiritual and ninjutsu techniques as one rank lower. Alternatively, this technique is used to cause a target to go flying upon contact, spinning in the direction of the orb's current. This technique causes tier two paralysis on the impact area.

▱▰▱ Wrath of the Storm | The user can pay an extra 5 chakra per rank of the technique to empower their Raiton or Suiton techniques with Ranton chakra. This turns the techniques into laser-based attacks and are treated as bloodline techniques. This is most effective for Blood Knight discipline Ranton users who can use this method to overwhelm. Alternatively, Elemental Specialists can pay an extra 10 chakra per rank on their Ranton techniques to classify them as Raiton or Suiton ninjutsu and gain overwhelming.
▱▰▱ Black Lightning | Raiton techniques are black in color, have disintegrative properties, and impart full body paralysis equal to the rank of the technique if 10 chakra is added to the black lightning per rank. Ranton techniques become naturally paralytic at no extra cost.

The sound of their swords meeting one another could be heard, Seika's sword clashing against Musica's weapons while Seika would smile at her opponent, as if to admired the strength matched evenly between them. Musica had reacted from her wink as she had celebrated her little display to throw the woman off balance. The Seiryu sat from behind while exhaling, her cheeks a rosy red color while doing her best to keep herself remaining stable and calm. She should push the offensive after that action, but somehow, just how flustered the girl got was...Augh! It was cute! Seika tried to hide that blush the she she could just as Musica would be blasted back by the wave of water that she had created. She held her sword at the ready as the two locked eyes with one another again. Even floating in the air, the girl's white hair flowed behind her like a tail. She looked up to see the woman preparing something or another. "Nonsense?" she repeated, casting a series of handseals in order to deal with whatever pesky ninjutsu that would be coming her way next. Seika would inhale before dark colored clouds would emerge from her body, sulking into the air and spreading above them before rain would begin to pelt down them. The rasengan thrown her way would disappear into the blink of an eye, Seika looking around for it while keeping her sword at the ready. The ninjutsu would reappear before her, on course with her stomach before the rain would absorb the chakra in the technique as the jutsu fizzled out. [ Mist Rain [ Kirisame ] | Rank S+ | Spiritual ]
"Maybe..." Seika replied, looking up to Musica. Hopefully she wouldn't catch sight of the Seiryu's deep blush on her face, stuck in thought as two sides of her would conflict inside of her mind. "I still think you're far more amazing, Musica. The way you fight and your title. I can only hope to achieve what you have. But now, it's your turn to dodge." Seika smiled while making a quick little hand seal to herself. The sheath emit the same pulse of light that Seika had, as ethereal swords shot out of the sheath into the air. One by one in rapid succession, multiple ethereal blades fell around Musica, one hundred in total. As one would fall, another would follow soon after. They followed her path as the landscape became littered with swords. As each fell, those waves of chakra would follow suit, cutting into the earth below. Shortly after the last one fell, she might notice each blade having a different design in the hilt or blade. No two were the exact same. "Behold the blades of the Seiryu. I haven't used this technique at all, so this will be interesting to test." Seika said while twirling the blade in her hands. "I hope to see more of your beautiful lights. They make you look, ah...very nice." Seika looked away to hide her blush again before then launching herself towards the white haired woman. Her speed was incredible but not unmanageable for what the woman had seen so far. Seika's attack came like normal before, but the speed had increased from the sheer power of the swing. 2. ▰ Mist Rain [ Kirisame ] | Rank S+ | Spiritual The user makes rain which eats up any chakra when it comes in contact with anything. Breathing out, the light, darkening mist rain will spread over an area (topic), billowing upwards to prevent a jump's worth of height. Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Complex/Spiritual Tai/Buki jutsu, & Demonic auras/cloaks/etc are affected. Exactly half of the chakra absorbed is sent to sustain the jutsu, while the other half filters into the user's own chakra pool. Absorption can temporarily extend the user's chakra pool to above normal, for a maximum of triple the total. For example, if your reserves are 1,000 then it can increase it to 3,000 maximally. They gain a [+1] boost to both speed and agility & techniques cost [5] less Chakra and/or Stamina per rank of the technique when wielding attacks with their specialized weapon in attack or defense. For all of her humbleness, Seika was putting up a great fight against Musica. The police chief didn’t expect the rain cloud, and she could instantly feel the chakra draining effects of the jutsu. Musica generated chakra just for it to fizzle out, but that didn’t stop her from continuing to build it up. [Ice Release Cyclone Snowfall S Overwhelming>DA Bost>S+] After all, if at first you don’t succeed then hit it until it breaks. The young woman formed a handsign, once again generating beams of plasma. This time they would shoot into the sky, disintegrating the rain cloud that Seika created. Her attention had been so focused on the rain jutsu that Musica hadn’t noticed the build up of Seika’s technique until it was too late to stop it. “Whoa…” Musica breathed as she stared at the swords in awe. She was distracted just by how beautiful the Seiryu blades looked, to the point she could barely dodge the rain of swords. She did manage to return to her senses, moving around the battlefield in a spiral pattern as swords rained from above. But it wasn’t entirely enough, as blades cut into her skin. [Spiral Step B>>S Complex] Despite the edge Seika had, Musica was grinning. She loved seeing the Seiryu perform so well: it really solidified what Musica was trying to put into the girl’s head.
The young woman would barely be able to keep up with Seika’s next attack, but keep up she would. The Jonin would hold her blades together in a position where the samurai’s blade would clash with hers and then slide into the ground. [Whirlpool Walking S>>S+ Complex] With a yell, musica would press her advantage. She would swing her blade up, generating a massive amount of frozen wind with her swipe. She’d set the battlefield up, keeping her mind calm against Seika’s onslaught, creating a spiraling updraft. This updraft, once Musica swung her blade, would focus itself into a freezing tornado that would be strong enough to blast Seika into the air. [Ice Release: Heaven Blast of the Dragon A>>S>>S+] Musica would launch herself up into the tornado as well, throwing a volley of thrusts at Seika with her sword, dulled with chakra so as not to hurt her too badly. [Riptide Extra Action: Rip Tide S>>S+ Complex] The clouds that Seika formed began to repair themselves, fading to black as plasma generated through them. Gathering energy violently until Musica hit the ground, at which point they began to rain down a lightshow of plasma rain, reflecting rainbow light from each drop that reflected from the Seiryu blades. [Bonus Speed Action ¼: Devil’s Storm B >DA>A Overwhelming]
"Whew, you almost had me there!" Musica whistled while wiping sweat from her brow with a grin. "You're damn fast Seika! And I love your blades, too." The woman leaned down to examine a few of the swords, noting their differences. "They're very pretty, which seems fitting for you!"

In addition, the user must hold a two handed sign that allows them to create a new twister at the rank of this technique once per post for no additional chakra for a duration of five posts. These twisters are fifty feet in width and extend into the heavens. Each twister once generated can be brought down directly upon a target, causing anything they contact to be frozen solid and providing a knock back effect of twenty five feet.

These thrusts can be divided among enemies or focused on a single enemy. The chakra that flows from the thrusts create sharp waves of chakra that impact those foes targeted. Foes stricken by an individual wave are effected by concussive damage that knocks them back five feet. This technique gains a [1] point increase in speed per rank of the technique.

The rain would fizzle out the first jutsu that the woman had cast while the rain would absorb the chakra nature of the jutsu. The samurai did pick up a bit of an idea for what applications this could be used for, only to be disappointed that the cloud was vanquished by the force of her lasers as it would vanish. The swords, however, were another story. Seika had been worried she might have overwhelmed Musica with attacks thus far, watching the woman flip and dodging to not get skewered by the swords raining down upon her. Feeling a bit more confident in herself, Seika's stand adjusted to be proper this time, the glow in her eyes still burning bright as her next technique would be dodged with such flourish. The Seiryu smiled, spinning around to face Musica again. "Such beauty in your movements. I can definitely tell you've improved since our last mission." Seika complimented before being thrown into the air from her next technique. The icy air blew heavily on Seika's body, akin to standing in the cold mountains of Zaishin without a winter coat. She was forced to expel some chakra to warm herself up tto prevent herself from the dropping the weapon and huddling to conserve heat. The spinning caused her head to spin, Seika wincing as she couldn't focus on what was in front of her without it spinning endlessly.
The samurai huffed in exhaustion, while seeing Musica aim to prepare a stabbing motion again. In defense of this, her chakra Seiryu blade would glow bright with chakra again, Seika swinging it at her to interrupt the flurry of stabs and pushed Musica back away from her [ Ultimate Slash | Rank A >S+ | Complex ]. She'd tumble to the ground while gripping the weapon in her hands, breathing heavily. She wa pushing herself far greater than most battles now as exhaustion set in. But this feeling wasn't bad in her mind. "Ha...My heart's beating so fast. But I can't feel anything." Facing off against Musica was more pleasurable if anything, as the woman would have another attack incoming. The storm clouds gathered overhead as the Seiryu would prepare herself for another volley of lasers.
"I don't wish to be a greedy guest to your fight, so..." Seika gripped the sword with both hands, performing a spinning attack with her chakra infused weapon that would push the...needles? Not what she was expecting, but it was pushed back at her regardless. The force of her technique would cause them to bound off of her and trail back to Musica. "Have some back!" [ Ultimate Slash | Rank A >S+ | Spiritual | Reflected ] After that, she'd wipe her brow while laughing to herself. "Th-Thank you. Second only to you." The Seiryu said, still suffering from vertigo while she'd wobble a little. Her resources were growing thin but she still wanted to go further. She'd begin to take a step forward and make a spinning motion, the swords within range emitting chakra as they'd dislodged themselves from the earth and begin spinning around Seika in different directions. It started until a total of ten swords would revolve around her body, two whirling around her in a swift path. [ Disorderly Line | Rank A > S+ | Complex ]
Seika pushed her hair up while her face was red, breathing heavily. "You're pushing me harder than anyone I've fought, b-but I love the way you fight. The lasers, your speed...everything. You would have been a remarkable samurai if we had met earlier." Her mouth babbled while trying to steady herself. "If you think my bl-blades are nice, I'll show you them up close in a bit..."
Jutsu Used: 1. ▰ Second Virtue: Respect | Rank D | Simple [Cost is E-rank] The warrior suspends their emotional suffering by paying respect not to their ego but to the universe. The second virtue state allows the user's body to gain another 1 point increase in strength, speed, and agility. During this period of enlightenment, the user's eyes glow moderately brighter than usual and a glow is often annotated around their body that is notably luminous. The color of the eyes and the aura is identical to that of the Reiken (spirit sword). This second virtue state does not cost an activation but does require an initial D-Rank stamina cost plus a D-Rank upkeep per post for two posts. This state has a maximum duration of three posts. In this virtue state, the warrior spirit can appear as an after image after every attack. This is purely aesthetic unless up to an A-Rank amount of chakra is applied to give it additional substance
2. ▰ Ultimate Slash | Rank A >S+ | Complex [B-Rank Cost] The user angles the sword currently in hand and aims a swift and precise cut at an incoming projectile attack/jutsu while coating their blade with chakra. Thanks to the level of fluent skill in applied power, speed, and accuracy by this stage of the Infinite One-Sword style, the user will have the ability needed to throw the attack/jutsu back unto their opponent along with a pushing wave of air. When interacting with ninjutsu, this technique is treated as spiritual.
4. ▰ Disorderly Line | Rank A > S+ | Complex [B-Rank Cost] The user initiates this technique by charging their current in-hand sword with their chakra then spinning the sword in hand in a series of circular motions, striking any and all of their swords in the area. By doing so the user is able to keep the several swords floating around him on their centrifugal paths, using them to conduct numerous other attacks, while integrating even more swords as he continues. The spinning stricken blades will not only hang in the air but will also orbit around the user for five total posts, shredding anyone who attempts to approach the user. The technique itself is extremely versatile, combining both a powerful defense with an overwhelming offense, while still retaining the ability to effortlessly switch between the two. Should an opponent attack while this technique is active, the technique may defend against techniques of it's own rank and lower. Should a technique of equal rank be used to attack the user, the technique's cost must be paid again to sustain it.

Musica was pushed back by Seika’s swing, which gave her enough space to watch the samurai in action. The way she handled the swords was masterful. It gave Seika complete control over the battlefield. Well… almost. The Jonin ran through a series of signs before slamming her hand to the ground. Ranton chakra erupted through her body, coursing through her hand and into the ground, coating her body with lightning. Plasma mulched the ground as it coalesced together. Musica met Seikas gaze, the police chiefs eyes lightning up like miniature storms. The plasma writhed around her as she rose to her feet, forming five massive dragons. Musica crossed her arms, casually lifting two fingers from her arm in the shape of a ‘V.’
The dragons coiled around Musica before roaring at Seika, unleashing a gust of arctic wind stop her in her tracks [Storm Release: Five Dragon Destruction S>DA>S+, Winters Howl S>DA>S+; Dragon Actions: 2x Ranton Blast A rank Overwhelming] “I think that’s a good place to call it quits, wouldn’t you say?” Musica smiled at the weary samurai. The Shinobi was no stranger to the frigid cold she wielded or how it impacted others. “I just wanted to see how much stronger you got, not work you to death. And of course you don’t fail to disappoint!” The five dragons receded back into the ground and Musica felt exhaustion wash over her as they were dismissed.
A blush crept over Musicas cheeks as Seikas words finally hit her. “I wouldn’t know about that…” she mumbled, looking off to the side while she rubbed the back of her head. Seeing the Seiryu smile was enough to throw Musicas entire train of thought off of the rails for a few seconds. Thankfully, Musicas stomach was able to remind her with a rumble. The young woman let out an embarrassed chuckle and smiled sheepishly. “Wanna go get some grub? My treat, as a reward for putting you through the ringer.”

From the appointed location, a twister forms that is up to five feet in width and ten feet in height per rank of the technique. This twister gives off a haunting howl that allows genjutsu or performer class ninja to apply the sound sense to a genjutsu, using the twister as it's trigger. This twister remains active for two posts per rank applied. Those trapped within the twister must pay the rank of the technique plus the grappled status to escape as they suffer one tier of vertigo for each post they are stuck within.
Second Action:
Storm Release: Five Dragon Destruction [ Ranton: Goryūtenmetsu ] | Rank S>DA>S+ | Bloodline [ Storm ]| [ Spritual ] After a string of handseals, Musica will unleash Ranton chakra into the ground. This creates five serpentine dragons made of plasma from the ground. These dragons can have one action each, and can use this action to either defend or attack with an A rank blast of Ranton plasma (these are considered bloodline for system purposes) or basic combat action that gets paid for from Musica's resource pools. Contact with these dragons or their plasma blast inflicts Tier 2 Paralysis and Tier 2 Burns/Burning for [4] posts. If the target is already afflicted with those effects, the severity of those effects is increased by [1] Tier (Max: 4)

Seika's attacks met their end within the plasma dragons that Musica would summon. Like serpents, they coiled around the girl while she'd give a display of her strength to the white haired girl. The air would be silent as the remnants of her attack would fall down across the plains. The both of them had worked up a fine sweat against one another, and Seika would still be on the defensive still while Musica had those dragons out. After a second or so, she'd end the spar. Breathing a sigh of relief, Seika sheathed her blade and recalled the swords. One by one, the Seiryu swords would each disappear before them, with tape being recalled until it to would fade away. "You never cease to amaze me." The Seiryu woman smiled at Musica, walking over towards her while looking away momentarily. That faint pink color was on her cheeks as the girl would look down at the stomach of her comrade. It growled something ferocious and Seika could only giggle at the sudden noise. "Food sounds...nice." she nodded in agreement while thinking on which restaurant or stall would be nice for the both of them to dine at. "I haven't eaten out much since coming here. So it would be nice for you to show me what the Arashi cuisine is like."
Seika moved with Musica but stumbled and almost collapsed to the floor while laughing at her folly. "My apologies. That technique is still making it hard for me to balance myself. Would you mind if...?" Seika hesitated, but slowly reached out to snake her arm around Musica's if allowed. She'd try and keep her face out of sight to not clue Musica into what was currently on her mind. They'd continue to wherever Musica would want to take them, the two girls stepping in tandem while Seika enjoyed the moment to herself. "After, I can show you my favorite place in Arashi. It's nice and quiet this time of day."

▱▰▱ Total Concentration: Water Breathing [ Sō Nōdo: Mizu Kokyū ] | Rank E | Training The Seiryu clan's ability to master water is only one side of their coin, in addition, each clansman has learned to control their breathing perfectly with this training. This controlled breathing allows the user to fortify their mental capacity and delay the effects of physical pain for a a single post. This does not have any effect on status or poisons.
▱▰▱ Expert → The user has achieved a sense of mastery and focus unlike others and are known as an Expert, a dedicated focus over a weapon they use to near perfection. The shinobi can pick a single weapon, the katana. They acquire a Keystone technique that is unique to them with an additional 2 Custom Techniques derived of this special ability. Refer to the Keystone Guideline for more information. They gain a [+1] boost to both speed and agility & techniques cost [5] less Chakra and/or Stamina per rank of the technique when wielding attacks with their specialized weapon in attack or defense. With a minimum of 5 chakra or stamina paid.
“N-no, not at all…” Musica stammered with a light breath as the samurai took a hold of her arm. Seika’s hands were surprisingly gentle. It was a kind of softness that betrayed the strength that Seika wielded just moments ago. It was an impressive feat in and of itself and, if Musica hadn’t seen the girl’s strength firsthand, she would have never guessed she had it. As they began to walk back into Arashigakure proper, the white haired woman shifted the arm Seika held onto, her metal one. Not to move the Seiryu, but to move her own hand to press her fingers against the small of Seika’s back. The police chief kept her hand there, softly supporting Seika from falling back without making her feel claustrophobic.
“Your favorite place, huh?” Musica replied with a teasing tone. “But Seika, you’ve only been here a month! Are you suuuuurreeee you found your favorite place?” The white haired shinobi tried to joke with her friend, if nothing else then so that she could get her own pulse under control. But she would be lying if she said she wasn’t interested in seeing the girl’s favorite spot. Musica couldn’t help but wonder how many times she’d walked through, or seen, this particular place without thinking anything of it. In complete contrast to that guessing game, the Jonin knew exactly where to go for food.
“There’s this old barbeque place in the outskirts of Arashi,” she explained as she led the two of them through the streets. “It’s a small ma-n-pa place so it’s basically a hole in the wall. But they always kept me and my family fed, warm, and safe. No matter if it was two, three, or fifteen people.” As she spoke, Musica looked off to the distance fondly, reliving meals spent with her family. “And for a time, it was our home, too. Some of us had to sleep in the booths ‘cause of how small it is.” She added with a chuckle. It wouldn’t be much longer before the two of them reached their destination.
Aoyami BBQ would be nearly exactly how Musica described it. It was so small and unassuming that, if someone didn’t know it was there, it would be impossible to find. The inside wasn’t much different, with only a dozen tables and even fewer booths. But despite that, the fragrance of cooking food would be unmistakable. However, Seika would definitely notice a slightly fruity aroma mixed in with the scent of spices and meat. “They grill their food using fire from different kinds of wood, like cherry or apple.” Musica explained as she led them to a table. “Old Lady Aoyami said it adds flavor. Oh! And they do this thing where they freeze their drinks into ice cubes, so that when they melt in your drink it doesn’t get watered down!” She sat down after making sure Seika was carefully seated. The way Musica sat was the antithesis of graceful. Her arm was slung over the back of the chair as she slouched down. “Take your time, and order whatever looks good. Chow is on me, baby!”
Seika felt the cold touch of Musica's metal arm press into her lower back, getting used to how it felt against her compared to how dainty she appeared like this. While She normally looked like any other samurai, the girl possessed a fairly in shape build when down to only the necessities for remaining "clothed". Not that anybody would ever see such a sight, but she could at least roll up a sleeve and show off how strong her arms were. Her family were always hiding that muscle behind their lean bodies. The Seiryu could feel her vision and balance returning slowly but didn't want to have that arm leave her just yet. She'd let her back fall a bit harder against Musica's limb and question why it had felt so comfortable despite the metal exterior. "Thank you, Musica." she uttered, rubbing her free arm. She questioned about her favorite place despite only being present for roughly a month, if that, but Seika would smile to herself. "It reminds me of home, is all. Even if I'm far away, I still have it to remember it by." It was a bittersweet feeling of returning to Zaishin, as the woman was deathly terrified of facing her clan again. She worried mostly every night about it, and kept the secret under wraps from a lot of the APD forces. She tried to busy her mind with food, as the girl would allow herself to be led.
"My, it sounds quite nice. I haven't eaten at a restaurant since..." she paused a moment to collect her thoughts. "A while...My aunt that took care of Kenji and I had an inn and we would take care of the food. It's how I learned to cook." Seika mused while they stepped closer towards the business. She looked interested in Musica's backstory about discovering this place. It was interesting to learn that Musica's family had always come here for meals, sometimes even shelter. It did make her curious as to how big her family was, but it was an issue that would likely be a bit too personal for her. Manners meant everything, after all. "I'm sure you and the owners are very close. I don't know about your background first hand, though I have heard some of what the other officers have told me." Seika admitted. She was most eager to sink her teeth into a good meal if Musica would be able to vouch for it.
Aoyami BBQ was almost as good as her Aunt's, with Seika's mouth watering the moment the door was opened. The scents wafting from the kitchen brought hunger pangs from the woman. Her keen sense of smell would only harshen these sensations, although wondering why such fruit smells were present. Musica jumped in to answer such questions. "Hm. Could the wood really make that much of a difference?" she pondered until then sitting down across from Musica. Seika glided into the seat with an air of refinery and smoothness, with her hands in her lap and stance polite and proper. Musica's was...sitting down at least. Seika looked down at the menu and would smile at Musica offering to pay for the meal. It was a good thing, since she was hungry. "Mm. Okay, I'll have ..."
"Oh my, everything smells delicious!" Seika smiled, seeing the literal buffet of food coming down the way after she'd ordered a good amount of food. After the food was brought to the, Seika dug into with a monstrous appetite. She shoved food down her throat at high speeds, a look of wonder in the girl's eyes. "This tastes like nothing I've tasted before! I've never had such a magical meal~"

A look of bewilderment washed over Musica’s face as Seika began to dig in. The way she scarfed down the food was in complete contrast to how the samurai girl sat down. The young Jonin would stare, awestruck, just for a few seconds before her smile returned. It was refreshing, in a way. It made Musica less… nervous? Not that she had any reason to be nervous, and the young woman didn’t notice until the feeling faded. It was because Seika felt comfortable around Musica that she was put at ease. But she also didn’t want to stop looking at Seika’s face. Something about the way her cheeks glistened in the light when she smiled was captivating. “Yeah, magical would be a good word for it.” She replied with a nod.
Soon Musica grabbed a hold of herself and began to eat her own food as well. “It’mphs scho dolischus,” Musica managed to get out through her bites of food with her ever present table manners. She began to cough as she swallowed too much food too quickly, pounding a fist to her chest as she took gulps of her lemonade. The police chief finally got her food down and let out a contented sigh. “I think they owners tried teaching us how to make some of the dishes,” she continued like nothing happened. “But I’m hopeless in a kitchen, if I’m being honest. An absolute buffoon of a cook.” Musica chuckled and went to take another bite.
A small bit of time had passed before Musica finally asked Seika a question that’d been on her mind. “So how are you digging Arashi? I literally can’t imagine how different it must be from Zaishin. Arashi is all I know, to be honest. I’ve never left except for when I traveled with Mister Kenshin and Lady Kameyo.” Musica's chest began to feel a little heavy as the section of her shoulder connected to her metal arm began to throb, a reminder of the hardships she'd faced from the Jashinist attack. "I guess what I mean is... what's Zaishin like?"
It was a rather large portion size for Seika to consume but her hunger was second to none when it came to her growing body. The fight from earlier had robbed her of precious energy after skipping lunch for the day to pig out during the night. While it did cause her to slip up at a few times that night, Seika was ultimately entranced by the food. Every bite brought such delicious tastes that the girl had never dreamed of. Her pace rivaled Musica's but didn't speak with a mouth full of food. After all, a Seiryu would never bring disgrace upon themselves with such poor manners. "Aw, a shame. You would look nice in a little chef hat. Even with your weapons used to cut the vegetables." The samurai smirked, pausing before shoveling another mouthful of food down her gullet. "If you want, I could teach you a few recipes sometime. It's quite intimidating to begin, but I know some easy recipes that will help you become acquainted with the kitchen."
The meal was swiftly devoured in and after a few minutes or so, the two Arashi-nin would be peacefully sated with the contents of their meal. Seika leaned back in her seat after munching on her final roll, slathered with sauce, while Musica would question her about Arashi. "It's...different. I'm intimidated about how much more advanced the shinobi are than us. It almost seems as if we're stuck back in time by a hundred years or so. Wait, you traveled with Lord Hyuuga?" Seika asked with interest in what the man was like. "Did you spar with him as well? Is he very strong? I've always thought that he would be a most powerful opponent when it came to fighting. I want to be a great swordsma-" she paused, clearing her throat in embarrassment. "Swords...woman? I wish to be as strong as him one day."
Then came her inquiring about Zaishin, which the samurai had to sit and ponder for a moment. "It's very traditional. We praise the ways of our ancestors in the five noble clans and beseech anything that might be seen as offensive towards them." Musica might have been able to tell Seika's changing tone, as she began to rub her arm, looking away from her gaze for a moment before she exhaled and continued on. "You would like it. Our warriors value strength over everything and praise anybody who would gladly lend aid. Many of our eldest do hold onto ideals and views of refusing outsider assistance, but after the last Shogun's advance and Lord Musunde taking the helm, we are slowly finding ourselves moving on from such isolationist tendencies."
Seika paused, as if to consider something, them smiled at Musica. "I was planning on returning sometime in the future. Maybe soon. I would be most honored if you would accompany me there. It would be my way of helping Arashigakure after they graciously invited me a place here."
