for dummys if you don't know how to open command prompt in ubuntu, it is quiet easily done through the 9 dots replaced as start button on the taskbar adn search "Terminal" this is the command prompt replaced as Start Button or Windows button Alt Gr.
Once you have gotten to this option enter this command
sudo su
and enter password or if no password try enter or password "root"
now then copy and paste the following, do not close out of the black window you have opened, we are not through.
Enter these commands.
sudo apt update && sudo apt install wget -y && wget -q https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ZhymabekRoman/Puffin-Browser-on-Linux/main/puffin-internet-terminal.gpg -O- | sudo apt-key add - && sudo wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ZhymabekRoman/Puffin-Browser-on-Linux/main/puffin-internet-terminal.list -O /etc/apt/sources.list.d/puffin-internet-terminal.list && sudo apt update && sudo apt install puffin-internet-terminal-demo -y
once you are done, in the application menu we found by pressing the 9 dotted replaced "windows Logo" key button search ' type in your keyboard Puffin Internet Terminal, this is the word replaced for "browser". or simply type "puffin" if this does not come up after entering the command then enter the following, you did not mess up, but for 86x-64x bit operating system support. the first option usually works for x64 bit systems use this instead or try both commands. Go back to the terminal "command Prompt" and Enter the following:
