	Ochru When you go to the gym, what is your go-to machine that you cannot get enough of? Ever since my stroke, my balance has been off, and I need a cane to lean on to walk. My favorite at-home machine that helps me to control my circulation problems, somewhat, is my Stamina pedal exerciser -- you can sit on a comfortable chair, and pedal with your feet, instead of needing a stationary bike.❤️👽
