Lord Masaru strode along the shore, basking in the warm spring sun. The gentle breeze from the ocean carried the subtle scent of spring underneath the salty tang. Spring, to him, smelled like new beginnings and growing things. Not far off he could see the bright green of new growth from the trees further inland. He was looking for materials to help spruce up the seaside cave he'd picked out for himself and his mate, Less, to live in. He hoped she'd appreciate it, once completed.
