Body:

• Colors+Markings: I'd like the body to be dark, grayish-black with sliiiight bluish hues interspersed unevenly - see reference. I'd like subtle markings all over the body - specifically, subtle wispy, fading, gradient, almost cloud-like markings to give a galaxy/nebula impression, with faint stars + constellation markings overlaid on top, as shown on the reference. I'd like the markings to fade away into a darker grayish-bluish-black at the feet, the tail tip, the ear tips, and the nose. Please see the notes on the reference image (about including starry+constellation freckles, "point" coloration, marking example, etc). This is what the markings look like unclipped (although incomplete). Additionally, I'd like Umbreon markings, in a bright-bright-bright-but-near-pastel warm yellow (with orange shading), and a glow on top, as shown on the reference. Specifically, I'd like a stripe on the tail, and a stripe across each of the ears (but not on the ear-insides). If the forehead is visible, I'd like an upside-down glowing yellow crescent moon (like sailor moon), but this is not required. I'd also like either (but not both) upside-down double crescent moon marking son the shoulder/thigh as shown on the reference, OR stripey glowing yellow markings across the knees and the hock area. The markings should have sliiight soft uneven edges, to give the impression of fur texture.
  
• Pose: I'd like the male bent neck pose template + male canine paw template + canine-pawed male legdown template (file: skinwalkers > landwalkers > canine > canine leg down) - with the default eyebrows (from male bent neck) but the shifter mouth+fang.

Face:

• Eyes: I'd like the eyes to have the iris lineart masked, and the eye to have a jewel-like impression, either via coloration or shading/highlights (this is my mockup/best example of what I mean & would be ideal - i.e. the edges are shaded and the center is highlighted so it looks like the central part of the eye pops out/is closer to us; other potential examples of are one, two, three, four). I'd like the eye to have more of a burgundy/dark pinkish-purplish color (like rose madder x amaranth purple), rather than the straight-up red the original Pokemon design has - my example image uses #da1152. I'd also like an oval-shaped, central pupil, not touching the eye lineart, that is near-black in color (#1b1415), and placed under the shading/lights/coloration effect. I'd like a subtle "aura glow" (in a pinkish/purplish/reddish color, and low opacity) placed on top of the eye.
  
• Expression: default templated regular, non-shifter brows (these); CC color from: either same color as the body (i.e. dark grayish-black, blending in so the lines are visible but it's easy to overlook the brows at first glance - like Faolchu has (I own him)), or yellow matching the other yellows on the body (with shading in the orange range. I'd like the templated shifter mouth with the fang (see here - mouth only), but with the normal, default eyebrows (see here) instead of the shifter frowny brows. Please make custom/edited fluffy ears, either general or kind of espeon-like in shape (examples: ref image above + one (mainly this), two). Inner ear should be colored like the body, whereas there should be a glowing yellow stripe on the outside (see reference).

Mane: Custom/edited mane - I'd like it to be as long as possible while remaining within minor edits. It should be dark bluish-black like the body, and sleek looking (see reference image). I'd like there to be slightly lighter grayish streaks that have a gradient into a muted blue, as seen on the reference image.
Tail: Custom/edited tail - I'd like it to be kind of flowy, sort of in between a canine and a feline style (see my sketch); as long/thick as possible within moderate edits. Coloration & markings should match the rest of the body, with the stripe as mentioned above & shown on the reference. I'd like it to have a tip that sort of fades into transparent smoke/shadow.
Hooves/Fetlocks: No hooves - canine paw base, using the alt male legdown - see above section on body for template, colors, and marking info. I'd like the claws to be yellow, with orange shading, bright, and with an overlying subtle "aura" glow (in a bright/pastel yellow-orange color) around the claws - ex. I use use the screen layer mode in photoshop on low opacity. I'd like the backs of each of the paws to have a bit of a transparent smoke/shadow effect as on the tail tip (example in ref image).

Wings: Owl wing template (from the owl shifter file) + feathers from the phoenix-style condor template spliced on top of the tips, and the feathers from the mutant wolf spliced on top of the shoulder. This is something similar I've spliced for a personal pet (not owl wings though). Owl wings may need to be downsized to something like 70-90% and/or the feathers to something like 110%; I'm ok with that! Wings to be colored like the rest of the body, with the upper parts of the wings being darker and the edges lighter, starry, with constellation and wispy markings, and yellowish-sunset tips (see reference for more info). I would like a wingless-unpelted-itemless version to show markings, please!

The neck+head will need to be spliced off the rest of the pelt and rotated so that it can fit the bent neck pose. Any gaps can be filled in by splicing other parts of the pelt, or by using Zac's elbow fluff or neck ruff. Please mask/edit out the frown on the head of the pelt - can replace the brows with 2 round shiba-like eyebrow dots - either lines, or color-only (dark black eyebrow spots). Coloration of the pelt is to match the soq exactly (umbreon markings, starry stuff, etc). I would like an unpelted version, please!
Feral form: Fox base feral + wings (owl with splicing of feathers) copy-pasted on top, as well as the custom ears and the custom tail copy-pasted from the soq. Coloration to match the pelt & soq (i.e. umbreon markings, starry stuff, etc). If there's space in the edits, I'd like the mouth to be edited/masked so it doesn't look as grouchy/snarly; if this isn't possible, that's ok!
Other Notes: I'd like a halo! On something like 30-50% opacity, with a glow around it. It's shown in the reference image (I created it, i.e. it's not a stock resource or pulled from anywhere on the internet). I can provide it if need be. Please also splice on the elbow fluff by Zac!
