Somewhere in the new world lies an "undiscovered" island that houses a secretive group of super powered beings whos bodies have been molded by science and ancient technology. Most of those with in the Academy view anyone on the outside as mutated horrors left behind after the "Collapse" and as such spend most of their time living in the safety of their Academy. The World government pays to send them food out of fear of any of them being sent out to gather supplies.
