Richard enters the Player's Room with Athena to celebrate the 4th Birthday of the RP Guild.
Hello. I'm Prince Richard from the Mermaid Princess RP Guild and this is Princess Athena. You know something, its been only yesterday when Disney released the First Chapter of the The Little Mermaid and changed everything where a mermaid marries her human prince in the end which was new at the time & Disney is celebrating its 33th Anniversary on top of that.
So Disney's adding another Princess Live Action Remake or Reboot to their Library as a result which is said to arrive in theaters this month. Richard said to the viewers.

= The Rainbow Paintbrush Acts 5-6
Narrator: How true. Anyway, here's a Filler PSA on what's happening.
Act 5 of the Rainbow Paintbrush is going to be in the next IC Day later on.
So here's a hint on the Final Clue when Elsa & Grant Return...


A boat ship is shown on the Narrator's PC
Narrator: Looks like a boat ship as Ivalice is filled with tons of Boat Ships. But you'll see the right boat ship when the time comes of course.
So the Final Part of the Rainbow Paintbrush will be delayed until Elsa & Anna return to Arendelle.

= Easter IC Event

Narrator: As for the Easter IC Event coming up in the RP which is 2 days IC Time, if you have any ideas for the event. Let me know & I'll do what I can.
Since they'll be plenty of Colored Chocolate Eggs, Jellybeans, Stuffed Animals, Flowers, Pastel Clothing and more, just to name a few at the moment. Care to hear what the Narrator has planned?

= Rise & Fall Nickelodeon Studios PSA

Narrator: As for the Nickelodeon Studios Rise & Fall PSA, I know it started but it may be a bit late as its going to be a Very Long PSA as there's a lot to talk about such as the Nickelodeon Time Capsule, its Production Studio Run from 1990 to 2005 and some other things. Such as why I brought it back as an OOC Game section & IC Location.
So its going to take some time as that PSA will be a delayed for a while. I apologize for the inconvenience.

= 1991 Nickelodeon Games PSA

Narrator: When I talk about the Rules of the Game PSAs for Get the Picture & What Would You Do (Part 3 of Total Panic's History), it'll worth mentioning the start of 1991 such as Movies, Games & TV when we enter that part of the Nickelodeon Rules of the Game PSAs.

= Total Panic 2023 Q3

Narrator: I may do a Fall 2023 Edition of Total Panic later on but haven't decided which game. As I mentioned before about Total Panic's Runtime during 1989 was 1-3 Hours.
So that Pilot for Total Panic earlier in the OOC Game Gallery was 2 Hours since Match Game 74 Game 1 had a 3-Part Single Game and Figure It Out was one entire game.

= Outta Here 2023 Q4

Narrator: I haven't decided what to do for the Winter 2023 Version of Outta Here yet. So if you would like to see some Christmas Game Reviews in Outta Here/Total Panic, I'll consider it.

Next is the Scrabble OOC Game Pilot. I know its getting late for the Narrator at the moment. I hope he takes his time with this Upcoming OOC Game Pilot and doesn't work too hard as he'll need to rest once in a while to collect his thoughts.
That and he has the OOC High Score Gallery to work on too.

= IC Features Part 2
2 of the Freddi Fish inspired specials may have a You Wish Feature, Athena. More on that in a moment.
But for the undersea adventures, we would need to change you back into a mermaid to do that. I would also get to see Atlantica with you too.
As for the Freddi Fish 5, Coral Cove Park, he only played the Demo Version of it and not the Full Game so when he play that game on my PC, it'll be a completely blind playthrough as its one Freddi Fish Game the Narrator never played from Start to Finish & he'll see how that goes.
Hopefully, he'll be about to figure out its Randomized Puzzle Paths and solve them which may or may not take too long. Richard said to Athena.
