The game begins with Cookie holding a water balloon and capsule
Cookie Masterson: This device is called a water balloon time bomb.
Here's how it works. You place the water balloon inside then close it. Next you set the timer then throw it to someone. Cookie places the balloon inside the capsule, sets the timer and tosses it to Athena.
Cookie Masterson: I can see this reminds us of a Bugs Bunny Cartoon that the Narrator saw.

OOC: I can see this sounding like a Bugs Bunny Looney Tunes joke here.

We see Cookie in a swimsuit with a Wild & Crazy T-Shirt holding a towel.
Cookie Masterson: In case you've never seen one, this is a Beach Towel. Now I'm sure you seen then at Beaches and resorts. So, how about you get some exercise rather than lying around & add a Beach Ball to the mix for something cool like a game of Beach Towel Volleyball! Athena and I will tell you more.

Cookie Masterson: Okay. What would you rather watch? A Marathon, Biathlon, Walkathlon, Telathlon or maybe a Surfathon!

Buzz Lippman: If you watched Looney Tunes, you can tell sometimes ACME Bombs are thrown into the water but that's NOT the case here!
In fact, you'll get soaked if you're not fast in our game of Water Balloon Time Bomb!
*Instructions*
These 3 Teams will pass the Water Balloon Time Bomb around the circle & whoever gets soaked when the Water Time Bomb goes off is eliminated from the game then we'll keep reloading and passing until one team is left!
