Roxie has always been a big goofball. She loves making people laugh, and will always try to cheer up negative moods. She perpetually makes puns and struggles in situations requiring seriousness.

xxxxx⇾Fʀɪᴇɴᴅʟʏ:
There's never a soul Roxie meets that she doesn't try to befriend... except for bugs. Otherwise, she'll warm up to anyone and try to add them to her list of friends. Roxie loves having a big circle of friends, and will always try to make people want to join her circle.

Due in part to her trusting nature, Roxie is insanely gullible. She believes people at their word and struggles with sarcasm. It would take a lot to make her question someone, but even then... she'd probably do the task requested.

Despite her hyper side, Roxanne is gentle and as careful as possible. She's always trying to mind her words and actions so she doesn't upset anyone or anything. After all, why would someone want to befriend a meanie?

Roxanne is incredibly imaginative, both in her playing pretend and in her thought process. Sometimes it doesn't make sense to anyone but her, and that's okay. She channels her creativity in all sorts of ways, mostly music and art.

Thanks in part to her friendliness, Roxie trusts everyone, despite circumstance. Why would people be mean for no reason, right? This has so far not led her astray, and despite warnings that some people were just bad, Roxie believes each person has a heart of gold.

Single dad, musician, Roxie got taken by MCPS for unstable home life and placed in Wool's.

Roxanne was born in Scotland and custody was taken over by her dad, Teylon. He worked as a musician with a few traveling acts, so Roxie didn't exactly have the most stable home life early on. It was a constant stream of travel and babysitters of various ages and skills, but she didn't mind so long as she had someone to hug her. Just after her third birthday, someone from MCPS came to take her away from her dad and to provide her somewhere stable to go. She didn't want to go, but by that point Roxie barely knew who was part of her family and who wasn't.

She was taken to a nice place called Wool's, and they promised she'd have all the friends she could want, plus some day she'd get a nice new family. What more could a kid want?! After befriending all the kids at Wool's, (or at least attempting to) she moved on to making friends with all the volunteers and other various big-big kids.

One of the grown-ups she made friends with was Mister Chad, the hairstylist. After several visits (and a few surprise extra visits), he asked her to move in with him and to change her family name to match his. She agreed, happy to have a family consisting of a dad and a big brother. Of course, she quickly settled into the family, getting to learn and grow alongside them.

Finley taught her how to play the guitar (which he'd learned from one of his friends), which gave her more ability to make people happy. She made friends with lots of people, and their friendships only got closer as they got older. Finally, at eleven, she got her Hogwarts letter, just like Finley had. The only thing that made it better was that all of her friends got them too, so they'd be able to go together.

Most of Roxie's time through her first few years was spent playing quidditch, exploring, and playing music. She made Chaser on the team early on, enjoying the time flying about. She wasn't the best, but at least she was having fun! In second year, she met Liv, and the two enjoyed playing music together. They dreamed often about starting a band when they got older. That same year, Jules and Flick both moved, leaving Roxie feeling rather alone. She sent them letters often, trying to keep in touch. As time progressed, she did her best to keep on her smile and keep going. In third year, she was able to visit home every few weeks, which made the year seem a lot less stressful.
