The time was NOW, the fans were on their feet, a raucous rumble turning into white hot energy as Hiro got back up to his feet after the leg attacks and took just a moment to look out into the crowd and absorb what felt like time machine back to 2016 -- before his world was changed forever. The Ethnic Enigma with a pep in his step and all the momentum in the world looked to grab hold of the World Heavyweight Champions legs and twist them up, stepping over his body and turning it to lock him in the DEVISTATING Japanese Cloverleaf! This was going to be it, Hiro could feel it in his bones...get Drako locked in this submission immediately after doing this damage and he'd be home free having defended the honor of the Fusion family and show the champ that he was merely holding a crown hostage from it's rightful owner.

for the record, Drako is something of a submission expert himself. So he can see the wisdom in the would be challenger immediately going for his best submission hold, one which the Harbinger finds himself locked painfully into. The crowd is on their feet cheering, jeering, telling the champion to tap out as the referee checks on him.

Drako is stuck for long excruciating moments, but suddenly some boos enter those cheers.

From the back, Marcus runs down to ringside and hops onto the apron right in front of Hiro and the referee, aiming to get their attention

Hiro was incredibly confused when the shaking arena's support suddenly turned to a rhythm of warnings and boos. He looked around and finally to his left he saw one of the young Syndicate members in Marcus Damone up on the apron. The son of Jarel Damone, a man Hiro had the utmost respect for right back to his childhood, why oh why was he out here to interfere in his uncle's business? Hiro let go of the submission, knowing that a distracted ref would do him no good, and he ran at the ropes, trying to get in Marcus face. "Listen, I get that this is a family affair, but stay out of this kid!" Hiro would shout to the young St. Louis native. The booing would intensify however, much more than it already had. Something was stirring behind a distracted Hiro and ref.

Marcus got exactly what he needed, Hiro in his face. "What are you gonna do about it, little man?"

Meanwhile, the champion is free, and possibly a little out of sorts. He raises up, looking around, as out of the crowd comes his own son, Blaze. The masked giant has a steel chair in hand, which he slides into the ring to his father.

Drako perks up, a thought forming. Time to put the final cap on the night after all. Raising up to his knees, he turns, finding Hiro and the ref's back turned to him. Perfect.

Blaze moves around the ring and also hops onto the apron, as now both cousins appear to be trying to get into the ring, forcing the referee to try to restrain them.

Good thing, as the Soaring Dragon now attempts to low blow Hiro from behind, then drag him towards the center of the ring to drop him on the chair with the Dragon Shot

"Ugh, really? Both of you? Don't you guys have any faith in your uncle?" Hiro was aggravated as Blaze joined Marcus and as the two tried to get in the ring, the Ethnic Enigma realized this was most certainly just a ploy to let Drako get a decent break. Hiro knew there was no way he'd be able to just go back to the submission maneuver, Drako was probably halfway back to his feet right now, so he decided the next best thing to do would probably be to begin working on his ribs as to really exhaust him and leave him both susceptible to a Gut Wrench Powerbomb OR another Japanese Cloverleaf. Whichever route he'd go, Hiro knew he'd have to deal with the Syndicate at ringside for at least a few more moments, so he turned and -- OH NOOOOOO.

Drako drives his forearm between the legs of the former Legacy Champion, the booing becoming instantly deafening. As Drako stood up from the shot with haste, as opposed to the usual tactic of staying with the arm there for a moment to really drive home the point, Hiro would slump forward into his waiting arms, the pain shooting through his body right into the damn brain. Drako dragged Hiro's limping body to center ring and lifted him up, planting him forehead first on the steel chair with the Dragon Shot! The crowd began tossing garbage towards the ring with much of it falling to ringside while many fans failing to secure the ref's attention with their screams and protests towards the illegal tactics Drako just employed. What a potentially horrible to end to what should have been a fantastic main event.

The Soaring Dragon wisely pulls the chair out and shoves it out of the ring on the side of the ring away from the referee, then signals the boys to back off as he drops down and hooks Hiro's legs for the pin

Blaze and Marcus drop down, with Blaze moving around the ring to find the chair and kick it under the ring, just in case as his father looks to put Hiro away for the night

Hiro's body flipped over on impact as he hit the chair, laying sprawled out as it seemed for the moment he was completely out for the count. Drako's devilish plan played out perfectly as he shoved the chair out of the ring and his nephew ditched the evidence under the ring. Some empty cups and a few beer bottles crashed in the ring around them as fans would begin a "******** THE SYNDICATE" chant -- the heat was damn real, and as Drako hooked Hiro's legs the ref got down quickly and counted the three, calling for the bell immediately as he checked on Hiro, who wasn't coming to right away. The main event had concluded, and the Ethnic Enigma failed to do what he said he would, and despite how he did it, Drako could know that in a figurative way he was indeed the undisputed World Heavyweight Champion of WWF:G.

Drako's music hits the PA as he rolls off of the pin.

"Here is your winner, the WWFG World Heavyweight champion, Drako Damone!

JR: Damn it! Drako gets the win after a low blow and a DDT on the chair.

King: The Dragon Shot is devastating any day, but on a chair, which the referee didn't see, just clinches it. Hiro won't wake up until next week. Ha ha!

Drako gets to his feet, a little shaky from the work done to his legs and the ref hands him the title and raises his arm in victory. The boos are raining down and the champ is unbothered as he leaves the ring, joined by his nephew and son as he backs up the ramp. Blaze, prior to joining him, picks up the chair and brings it with him, handing it to his father. As they stop on the stage and look down, the Soaring Dragon raises the title belt in his right hand and the chair in his left as the fans voice their disapproval. What a cap off for the night

Hiro would lay prone through the entirety of the Syndicate's farcical parade, the ref calling in a ring doctor to come check on him. It took a few moments after the music stopped for Hiro to finally really come to, rolling on to his side and then up to a sitting position thanks to the help. He was assisted further under the bottom rope and to ringside, his shaky disposition leading to support on under both arms as the doctor and ref began to walk him to the ramp as the crowds booing turned to cheers. It was once again a situation where Hiro was screwed out of a victory when he was just getting going in the ring, which was a sad sight for all as fans continued to await a victory for the Ethnic Enigma after his return from retirement. Hiro's neck and back hurt, and he fought back a dizzy spell, but from the bottom of his heart he was grateful to make it out of the ring on his own two feet to cheers from the crowd. The group would disappear behind the curtain and to the backstage room as Judgment Day came to a somber, but hopeful, conclusion.
