[TD: 4/14/22] Abyss VS. Samoa Joe

[THE M0NSTER ABYSS]

Abyss would then lift Joe back up enough to irish whip him to the ropes!

Joe was sent running to the ropes but gets a hold of them and stops himself right there!  

[THE M0NSTER ABYSS]

Abyss was thinking Black Hole Slam there but Joe wisely got a hold of the ropes! Abyss runs at him attempting to clobber him!

Joe would turn to his side and elbow Abyss instead!  

[THE M0NSTER ABYSS]

Abyss ran right into a heavy elbow from Joe, and stumbles away from Joe with his back to him!

Thinking fast with Abyss' back to him, Joe comes up from behind and grapples Abyss into the Coquina Clutch submission!!  

[THE M0NSTER ABYSS]

Abyss was for the moment caught into the Coquina clutch! He stands there gasping for air and flailing his arms!  

[Submission Machine]

Joe applies pressure, knowing he has Abyss now!  

[THE M0NSTER ABYSS]

Abyss was still standing with the deadly sleeper hold locked on him. But he still had his strength and he forcefully uses a burst to back himself and Joe up hard with intentions of hitting the corner.... but happening so quick, they collide with the referee instead, knocking him temporarily out of the equation!

Joe lost his grip of the hold after the collision with the referee! Joe briefly looks at the downed referee before quickly focusing back on Abyss!  

[THE M0NSTER ABYSS]

Abyss escaped the chokehold but unfortunately was in it long enough not to directly capitalize! He is.shown coughing as he stumbled away from the collision and he finally turns back towards Joe!

Samoa Joe attempts to clothesline Abyss with every bit of strength he had!  

[THE M0NSTER ABYSS]

The clothesline connects! Abyss was down for a moment.

Knowing the referee wasnt going to be out of the equation for very long, Joe does a cutthroat taunt, signaling it was time to finish Abyss! He waits for Abyss to get up!!

Abyss would slowly get on his hands and knees, slowly on his way to getting to his feet.....
