*Card Sharks*
Page 2
=============================

=============================
History:
It's Full Throttle Wagering at its finest hour in the form of a Card Game with High Roller Ups & Downs!

Card Sharks came to life in 1978 where Jim Perry was the residing host and brought the Las Vegas Casino all over living rooms on the CBS Airwaves across America, complete with an AstroTurf set, pair of dealers and a large deck of cards.

First, the Host asked a High-Low Audience Poll to the Players (such as asking 100 Waiters to name an example) and you can rely on players who gave interesting answers. When players answer the question, that winning player played a game of 5 Card High Low (Remember: Aces are High & Deuces are Low). The player who wins that Base Game then moves on for a shot at the Big Money which is the Money Cards Endgame.

During its 7 Seasons, Card Sharks had everyone shouting "Higher" & "Lower" as they found out that Big Money was always in the Heart of the Cards!

=============================

=============================
History:
Ask yourselves one question, "What does GUTS Equal to you? The Answer, GUTS can equal a lot of things depending on our tastes such as Courage, Determination, Inspiration & Extreme Athletic Competition. Because in all beings, great and small, resides the Spirit of Athletic Competition because GUTS equals something different for each of us. Such as Taking a Slam Dunk, Recovering every Fumble, Stopping every Penalty Kick, Making your Mark on a Long Jump, Triple Jump or High Jump & Going Head to Head to Head in the Aggro Crag in a Winner Takes All Finale.

But behind it all, GUTS REALLY means giving it your all, giving your best shot & never giving in. With Athlete Traits like that, anyone can become an All-Star.

With its Extreme Arena gates open to competitors on 1992, GUTS took 3 Players and put them into Extreme Sports in the style & tradition of Olympic Competition across 4 Events before taking on a Monster Mountain Event that decides the team who wins the Gold along with a Glowing Piece of the Crag Mountain. Some of the Athletes became famous while others became infamous.

With 4 Different Extreme Arena Formats, 3 Incarnations, over 60 Events, 4 Crag Mountains, 4 Tournaments and over 480 different athletes, GUTS teaches us all that doing your personal best makes you a Superstar and like the Olympic Games, celebrating World Peace through Athletic Competition.

*Pyramid*
Page 2
=============================

=============================
History:
"Pyramid" has the players climbing for cash and great prizes and keeps the fans on the edge of their seats. It started almost 45 years ago in 1973 when Richard Clark began hosting the show. The contestants played with some great celebrities and had to take turns choosing a category, then they had 30 seconds to guess up to 7 words. The team with the most points would go to the winner's circle for a chance to win big money and it's as simple as that.

But they had 60 seconds to do that, although, even if they don't make it to the top, they get to keep whatever cash they had. Then, in the 80's, the names for Pyramid was exciting like "$25,000", "$50,000", "New $25,000", "Junior" and most popular "$100,000 Pyramid". There was the 7-11 and the Mystery 7 on the shows. The players were fun, the celebs were great and even the game was exciting than they could imagine.

After a 15 year run, Richard Clark left the show, but over the years, there were great hosts of the "Pyramid" like John Davidson, Donny Osmond and recently in the revival, Michael Strahan. For almost 45 years, the "Pyramid" has been a treasure of game shows for fans to enjoy.

*Get the Picture*
Page 2
=============================

=============================
History:
They say "If you stare at an image for TOO Long, it will be burned into your mind for better or for worse." But that was NOT the case in 1991 when Get The Picture downloaded itself into Children's Television Sets everywhere as the game where good eyes and attention to details make you a winner!

Hosted by Mike O'Malley, a Stand-Up Comedian, Get The Picture featured two Teams dressed as Computer Repair Technicians or IT Professionals as they guess Hidden Pictures on a 16 Display Video Monitor inside a Vintage Windows/DOS Computer Set by answering General Knowledge Questions, playing Stunt Challenges called Power Surges & guessing what the Hidden Picture is by connecting the dots in Round 1 or completing squares by providing 2-4 General Knowledge Questions in Round 2.

Then the Winning Team went to play Mega Memory where they would need to guess which of the 9 hidden pictures matches the clue given to win Bonus Cash and Prizes!

During its 2 Year Run, Get the Picture featured more downloads than a Gaming Magazine's Demo Disc, Gaming Homepages and Digital Download Purchases which makes Get the Picture fun to play for All Ages and the whole family can enjoy its share of All-Age Content & General Knowledge.

Opening Examples:
Keep your eyes on the prize as looks can be deceiving,
use your brain to clear your minds to fill in the blanks.
Get Ready... to GET THE PICTURE!!!
And now, here's the host of Get the Picture, [Insert Pun], my Pal, [Insert Host]

*Classic Concentration*
Page 2
=============================

=============================
History:
Behind the 25-30 Spaces are clues to a picture puzzle which spells the name of the game. Classic Concentration played its first Matchmaker Session when it drove in on 1987, hosted by the Legendary & Late Alex Trebek, players would take turn matching Prizes and Bonuses on a Gameboard of 25-30 Spaces along 2 Different Take Colors and 3 Wild Cards. The Player who makes a match gets the matching item pair and makes another selection, if not, the next player attempts to make another match.

The First Player to guess what the Picture Puzzle is wins the game and advances to the Winner's Circle to match 7 Pairs and win the solo Grand Prize. There is also Bonus Cash Game in the Winner's Circle too.

Classic Concentration began life as Concentration in 1958 with Hugh Downs as the Host, there were other Wild Cards such as Give Up 1 Item or Take 1 Item. In 1973, Concentration was resurrected for Syndication, Hosted by Jack Narz.

Over the years, Concentration had 3 Incarnations for 33 Years which kept us guessing Rebus & General Picture Puzzles time and again.

1974-1978 Opening:

*Supermarket Sweep*
Page 2
=============================

=============================
History:
Imagine you were shopping at your local Supermarket one day and someone came your way then told you that you have at least 3 Minutes to grab everything you see on the Store Shelves by filling up as many shopping carts as you can while the overall goal is to get the Highest Total Possible for a shot at a Money Fan worth a Fortune, that's one instantiate of all the fun you can have on Supermarket Sweep!

From its Humble Beginnings in 1965 on ABC, Supermarket Sweep turned Food Shopping into a Race. Following its Conclusion in 1967, a Common Trait on Black & White Television is where the Master Tapes would be wiped and reused for other shows which makes ABC's Greyscale Version of Supermarket Sweep a Collector's Item. However, 25 Years later, Lifetime took a shot at Supermarket Racing when it returned in 1990. Players answered clues and questions to build up on their Sweep Time along with Cash Bonuses that would also be found in the Big Sweep.

In the Big Sweep, Supermarkets become a Free for all with Players collecting 5 of a Kind of as many items as possible & must keep the place tidy as well. But the Bonuses were where the Big Money was where each Team was allowed to have one of each Bonus. At the end of the game, the Team with the Highest Score wins and proceeds to the Bonus Sweep where they must solve 3 clues for a shot at $5,000. After 1995 when Lifetime concluded the show, PAX TV resurrected the show in 2000 and lasted until 2003.

For 9 Years, Supermarket Sweep became a Frenzy among Games and is always a Shopper's Paradise.

=============================

=============================
Intro:
*An 8-Letter Word! The clue is "A stylish artist"...
Audience: DESIGNER!
It's the Crossword Game you played all your life but never quite like this...
Audience: SCRABBLE!*

History:
Its a Crossword Game brought to life with Realistic & Early Computer Clues!
Scrabble dropped down its tiles when its board game came to life on NBC in 1984, hosted by Former Wheel of Fortune Host, Chuck Woolery.

Players are presented with a Digital Crossword Puzzle with a Clue to go with it (Such as... "Don't lean on an object or you'll be feeling this..." = STIFF). A Player selects 2 Numbered Tiles then has to decide which letter fits the clue but 3 Number Tiles are booby trapped called Stoppers (Letters that are Not in the puzzle) and if a player hits one, that player loses his or her turn. There are also Bonus Tiles (Blue = Double Word Score/Pink = 4x Word Score [Formerly Triple Word Score]) which grants a bonus cash prizes for solving the puzzle. The player who gets 3 Words Correct, advances to the Scrabble Sprint where the Player with the Fastest Time wins and advances to a Bonus Sprint.

For 10 Years, Scrabble have people across America in their Living Rooms attempting to solve Crossword Clues before the players do. Which goes to show you, that your mind's eye can see a Crossword Clue through.
