[TD: 3/1/24] Matt Gennison VS. Drew McIntyre

[Matt Gennison]

Lifted up and powerbombed to the canvas, Matt Gennison would then have his shoulders pinned to the canvas, however, looked to get a shoulder up at just two and a half!  

[Drew GaIIoway]

Drew would try to figure out what it would take to put Matt Gennison away, and he thinks of the perfect plan. He would grab Matt Gennison up to his feet, and pull him up by his hair.  

[Matt Gennison]

Matt would be brought up by Drew, as he would still be shaken by the powerbomb!  

[Drew GaIIoway]

Drew McIntyre would look to double underhook Matt's arms, looking for a future shock DDT after bringing the champ up to his feet!

Matt would be placed into position for the move, but would look to counter it into placing Drew in a fireman's carry position!

Suddenly, Drew would be hoisted up on the shoulders of Matt Gennison instead, and would be waving his arms around!

Having Drew McIntyre up on his shoulders, Matt would look for a fireman's carry gutbuster to weaken him some more!

Drew would go abdomen first onto the knees of Matt and he would favor the area while on the canvas!

Matt Gennison would rise to his feet, calling Drew to get up as he was preparing to finish this match!  

[The Game TripIe H]

Out of nowhere, "The Game" by Motorhead would play through the PA system, extremely loud as the audience was on their feet for the arrival of the CWF Champion, The Game, Triple H. It was clear Triple H was out here and on his way to the ring to shut Matt Gennison's mouth for his disrespectful words earlier in the opening segment of the show. And just before their match on Monday Night WAR next week, Triple H looked to walk to the ring PISSED off and ready to weaken this punk.

Matt would quickly turn his head to the stage, and he would tell Triple H to "bring it on!!!!" knowing he was hurt, but he felt the adrenaline kick in, ready to kick Hunter's a**!!  

[Drew GaIIoway]

Drew McIntyre would get to his feet in the ring and position himself in a far corner, and while Matt Gennison was distracted, he would wait for him to turn around while Triple H's music was playing still.

Triple H would stop at the ring, not getting in, and he would just look Matt Gennison in his eyes.

Matt would watch Triple H, but then would quickly remember he had a match going on, as he would turn around to look for where Drew McIntyre was!  

[Drew GaIIoway]

Drew McIntyre would run towards Matt Gennison looking to take him CLEAN out with a Claymore Kick when he turned around!
