1. Pick 1 anime Villain Character,Best (evil) Villain, can be a human , animal or other....
who do you think is the best anime Evil Villain?
2. You can NOT pick the same anime as the persons before you
➤Once that anime character is chosen, you cannot choose another anime character from the same anime.
➤You can NOT pick anti-hero/anti-villain characters/or villain protagonist /vigilante characters,
Example: (Death Note -Light , Code Geass- Lelouch, The devil is a part-timer. I am the villainess)
➤You Can NOT pick a Group of villains
(Example : Sailormoon - The Dead Moon Circus "The Amazon Quartet" )
➤If its a group of villains, pick 1 character ONLY
