Prompt to choose fromGrand total of word count 300Teepee Quote: For those soquili with a green hoof, it is almost time to harvest before the summer sun wilts crops. Does your soquili partake in any farming or gardening? If so, what do they plant? How do they care for their garden? Do they work solo, with familiars or are they part of a herd or family who work together? Are they farming for food, are they gardening flowers, do they grow herbs for medicine or are they trying to conserve or restore a damaged plot of land?

Harvest time, the best time of the year and Houka was delighted to see the spoils of her hard work. She made sure to get up bright and early with a long well deserved stretch as she made her way to her flower and herb gardens. They were just the right size for her as she made sure to have her baskets ready to sort the difference between each flower and herb.
First the herbs, from medical to types that were quite delectable in teas as well as other warm or cold drinks, she tended to each one gently, placing each in her basket dedicated to her herbs on her back.
Afterwards she would work on digging with her hooves and plucking each weed without disturbing her garden too much. Making sure in the empty sewed ground to plant some fall seeds to be ready for the next harvest of those herbs.
Afterwards came her flowers, each had their own difficulty, be it thorns, pollen or even bristles that tickled her nose. She was careful with each one as she placed them in her basket designated just for flowers. She was looking forward to gifting out some of the bouquets she’s made to the elderly and younger mares who’d love a pick me up as well as any who use them for brightening up their manes or homes.
Once she was done she made sure to do the same as she did with the herbs, and once all was done she took her time to freshen up the soil as she made sure each and everyone of them got watered precisely.
She was such a proud mare. Her garden made her so happy. From watching it sprout to its full bloom into the beauty her love and care gave it.
