Giftboxes.

I've been having quite the dilemma lately.

You see, I am questing Striped Stockings.
They can be found in Brown or Blue Giftboxes, which are cheaper than the stockings themselves, but still kind of pricy if you're as poor as I am...

I've tried taking that approach twice now.
My prizes? Bompin' Blue Headgear and a Flower on My Head.

Both which don't even sell for 2k. sweatdrop

Has anyone else taken chances like that, only to be set back 8 or 9k?

So I never buy them.

I've only gotten one box...And it was Pink...I would've been better off just selling it...And that was my first week on Gaia. I haven't gotten anything since.

well i got a brown box my first three days it was a trap jaw but i donated it to someone

I think they stopped doing the giftboxes. I got Nitemare Boots from them. Recently gave them to my friend Miranda for her birthday. biggrin

I have lost gold by buying gift boxes three or four times.

I've been on Gaia for almost a year and a half now and I have only ever found 1 trunk. What was inside, the Bompin Blue Head Gear. Not exactly something I was dying to put on my avatar. After that experience, I never even thought of going to look for one because they're worse than than the lottery.

My advice, just be patient and save up the gold you need to buy the stokings.
