Name:Tara How she kills people: She uses her water power to drown her enemies in the water. she can move the water where ever she wants to at any time. Looks: Bio: She was born with the water power but she can't control it. It automacially protects her(like gaara). she has gain more control but she always stays by water becuase it is her only friend she has. She can also wings and she can fly a short distance. Name:Cindy How she kills people:She takes them into the air and kills them by the gravity in the air. Looks: Bio: she was born with wings and kidnapped when she was little. She was forced to learn dark magic and her heart was taken over by it. She has fun toying with her enemys before killing them.
