I finally decided to set up a quest thread. There are a few designs I've been itching to get my hands on as well as cosplays so hopefully this will help me keep track of things. <3
The forms aren't in any particular order. I mostly just tack some on as I think of them.

Description(eye color/hair color/hair style etc): Hair :: Medium Mane & Long Tail Mane :: A general mixtures of fiery colors. Tail :: Dark, dark gray, almost black like the body Eyes :: Red-Orange Body :: Very dark gray base (not quiet black, but I wish to be able to distinguish the shadows and highlights fairly well but while still being relatively dark.) with a phoenix wrapped around body. The ends of the tail (See Ref 1) of the phoenix starts in the area of the side of the neck visible. Its various feathers moves slightly down and around the neck and cuts across the front of the neck to the left before it wraps around and disappears behind the Soquili. The spread wings and torso of the phoenix reappear along the Soquili back and hindquarter area and the neck heads to the left back leg before stopping at about halfway down the leg, the feathers that spray out from the top of its heads slightly wrapping around the leg. Small remanents of flames surround the phoenix's tail and wings. The head should be seen at a profile view with only one eye visible, which should just be a dark red and soft impression. Meaning the body/neck is slightly twisted and not completely seen at a bird's eye view but at a slight angle. (Note:: I'm not great at anatomy. Therefore, if a bird's body simply does not move the way I'm describing or you find a way that makes it looks much better, go ahead and take it. I'm not picky as long as it follows the basic idea. See Ref 3 for a general position of the body.)
The phoenix itself has a red base. The various ends of its tail run from a dark red to a golden yellow color. The top of the wings should be a dark golden yellow that fades into shades of oranges and then light golds tones at the ends for contrast. The neck is slightly longer and it should have a short orange/red pointed beak (not curved). The feathers that sit atop the heads should follow the same pattern as the wings: the base of the feathers will match the color of the head before fading to a different color. The entire body of the phoenix should have a tasteful mixture of red, orange and yellow if I didn't specify colors already.
Also, there should be a matching mask covering the eyes (such as Mardi Gras masks) that feather out on the sides in a soft texture (as seen in Ref 3). Lastly, a light, soft trail of flaming feathers tipping each of the legs, not a huge flame but more like soft remanents of flames falling.

Description(eye color/hair color/hair style etc):
Hair :: Edited mane and tail. Mane should match hair in references image. As for the hair that runs down the neck, you can do whatever fits with him, preferably something a little longer and that doesn't stick up. Tail is preferred to be longer, touching the bottom but not as long as the "Long Tail" is. Mane + Tail Color :: Olive Brown (See references images.) Eyes :: Hazel Body :: Skin tone, edits of clothes. See references. Hooves :: Black (You can edit in shoes if you wish but it's not required for me.) Clothing :: See reference images. Seigaku jersey with the emblem and visible shirt underneath as well as sweat pants with the Seigaku words on the side.
Total Edits:: Hair, glasses, shirt/jacket, tennis racket, and tennis ball. The tennis racket can be sitting near the bottom of the cert in any position, preferably facing so I can see the entire thing. The tennis ball should be next to it (there can be multiple tennis balls sitting on the ground). Also, edit the mouth so he isn't smiling. Not quite into a frown but something bland and stoic-like. Lastly, I want him to have a light glow around him that isn't terribly noticeable or huge but kinda gives it an omnipresent feel.

WIP Needed? Yes please! At least a sketched position of the phoenix wanted before anything else.
~*~ Colors & Markings ~*~ Body: Main body is a light silver. Image of an ice phoenix is wrapped around the body. Head of the phoenix is placed on her upper chest/lower neck, facing upwards in flights. The head of the phoenix should have head feathers/frills and the eye should be fire red. Wings should be spread out, with one reaching up to her back and the other down her chest. Long trailing tail should wrap around to by her stomach and be seen wrapping down one of her back legs. Feathers should be varying shades of blue/silver, with ice shards coating some feathers as seen in Reference 1. Colors should be softly blended together on the feathers, except for when iced.
She'll have mists of blue/silver flames and ice shards tipping all four legs that blend up from light blue socks (where the solid portion of the socks should end before the knee like in Invictus).
(Exact position of the phoenix is subject to change depending on colorist, but she is to be the mother of Imperio and grandmother of Invictus. Only request is that the phoenix is positioned on the body differently than those two. Please feel free to use the phoenix on their bodies as a reference as well.)
Face: Ice blue eyes with black winged eyeliner detail and darker blue hints of eye shadow. See Makeup Reference for inspiration. A diamond tear should be coming from the corner of her right eye . Mouth edited to not be smiling. (I know you can't see most of this because of her hair, but if I can ever breed her.. <.<)
Mane: Cropped. Blond colored, edges barely tipped varying shades of blue. Mane should colored to have a slight shimmer to it, as though frosted over with ice. Coming out from behind her right ear should be a simple silver chair with a light blue and white, teardrop gem hanging from it.
Tail: Unedited: Warrior's braid, blond to match mane. Streaks of shades of light blue should run unevenly through it, but blend in softly with the blond. Have a slight shimmer to it to match the mane. Tie should be a lighter blue. One feather should have gray base, faded to light blue. Another feather should have a dark blue base, faded to white. Edited: Long, touching the ground and falling in loose curls with the occasional braid woven through. Draped in silver chains and white/blue gems. Please see Hair Inspiration 1 and Hair Inspiration 2 for ideas that follow along those lines. I love draped chains and gems in hair, so those are only ideas but can follow your choice as long as it follows the theme. Color should be blond with streaks of shades of blue blended into it. Like the mane, it should have a shimmer as though frosted over.
Hooves/Fetlocks: Silver hooves, edited fetlocks. Longer fetlocks, similar to those found on the warhorse body, but not as long as an Angeni. Unedited: Silver hooves. If possible Warhorse Fetlocks as seen here on regular body. If not possible, will change to wither Angeni fetlocks on regular body or Warhorse body.

An image of a red/orange/black tribal dragon is wrapped around its body, with its head facing his front leg and wings spread like on Invictus (or really, wherever a dragon will fit so it's up to you). Both wings should be visible, with the tail of the dragon snaking down to wrap around one of the back legs. Specifics of the anatomy of the dragon are up to the colorist but inspiration can be found in the references. The colors of the markings should glow almost like shifting embers.
ALSO: Exact position of the dragon on the body is also subject to the colorist, with the only restriction that it is not perfectly identical to either Imperio, Invictus, or Crucia though it can be very similar.
Trails of soft flames and smoke should be hinted along its legs and (maybe) along the neck, similar to Imperio. Dunno, wherever some color fits in. CC all the extra markings as you see fit (runes or flames or whatever strikes your fancy!)
Eyes should be the same color as Imperio's. Facial markings should also be similar to Imperio's (see references for Mask Inspirations for markings). They can be more runic/tribal in nature to match his tribal dragon markings.
Mane: Kind of a mix between wild and dream braid? I also love some of the new bangs like Zephyr! I'd like his neck to be visible if possible, like Imperio, but for him to hair hair in front of his eyes. He's meant to have kind of a rogue-ish Bohemian carefree look. Maybe will a few small, random thin golden chains mixed in with beads or gems spliced, but limited feathers. Colors should be the crazy mess of orange/red/yellow to match Imperio's.
Tail: Long 2. Black with trails of flames on them them like Imperio.

~*~ Colors & Markings ~*~ Body: For base colors, see the reference "Dragon - Colors" below. Any colors used on the dragon can be used in any variation on the mare's body softly blended together. Stay toward pink-skin tones with the other colors mixed in.
The designs on the body should be of any design involving the plum blossoms (including stray petals) in gold and can be outlines or fully colored (colorist's choice). They should be mostly on her body and stretching to some of her legs. The designs fade just as she has short cream/white stockings that fade up her legs.The plum blossoms should include a branch that starts from her hindquarter and include some full flowers and/or petals blowing in the wind.
Face: Around the face, deepen the area around the eyes a bit, like eyeliner, and some red eye shadow that is blended into the mane body color (maybe designed like flames as seen in dragon form?). Lengthen eyelashes to make them longer. Eyes are gold and slitted.
Mane: Mane should be edited as seen in reference "Honlon 2". There are two different metal crowns but I prefer the one in said reference. The crown itself should be a gold, and the flowers are a mix of white, light pink and oranges (see reference "Lotus"). The tail should be edited to match the style of the mane; the tail should be straight and touch the ground, where it curls around itself. Matching flowers and ribbons should be intertwined with the tail.
Hooves/Fetlocks: Custom fetlocks, long like Angeni's.
~*~ Accessories & Edits ~*~ Custom Items:Ribbon: A large deep ribbon should be tied around her neck in come to a neat bow which rests a bit lower her her chest. The rubbon can be black or red (unsure yet, can be partial CC) or have a golden floral design potentiall similar to reference "Fabric" or "Ribbon Inspiration" but can be CC'd. Just looking for something to hint at the robe that she normally wears with an obvious east Asian influence.
Feet should have several bloomed lotus's that match the flowers in her hair. In addition, two long stemmed white lillies should be included on the ground.

The markings themselves should be similar to the concept seen in the reference, but more blended and less distinct, similar in nature to this.
Maintain the different colored belly and chest, though fade it gently into the main body color. The main body color should be a tad darker than seen in the reference.
Face: See reference. Please have the colors of the nose fade slower into the colors of the main body. Eye color should be a brighter red/purple, almost glowing. Mane: Short. Base of the mane should match the body color and fade into the color of the markings. Streaks of almost a glowing light purple at the tips to match the tail. Feather would be primarily white, with streak of purples through it. Feather should almost have a glow-y hint to hint and stand out against his body. Tail: Wild. Color should be a darker purple to match the markings, separated into uneven chunks of dark purple/light purple, with almost a luminescent sheen to them.
