You arent giving that many details to go by.. you may think that he is your soul mate, but there are so many other people in teh world, how can you really be sure?

Well, without getting into the spiritual aspects of a realtionship (with I believe are the most important) I can only give limited advice. Keep the lines of communication open. Don't stop talking just because you get mad. If he hasn't relized youlike him yet then give him some time. Be there as a friend before you are as a love intrest. Most men like to feel that they can protect the girl even if they know the girl doesn't need them to. It is just something in them.
That is all the advise I have right now.
