Putting a Youtube in your Profile

At the bottom of the screen, click Profile. That brings up the screen with Rina on it for editting your profile. Click Multimedia. That brings up the screen where you can put a link in. That's the simple part, because you need to generate the link to put in that box.

Generating the link:
Go to http://www.tektek.org/index.php
Select Profile Themes / Video
On the new page, on the right, select PROFILE VIDEO
That brings up a new page where you can put a youtube video link in. It will come back with the link you should use in the Multimedia box. Doing it this way allows you to choose whether the video will autostart or not.

Personally, I recommend not setting your video to autoplay. It can get annoying when I frequent someone's profile and they have a lot of images I have to let load and then the video starts playing. If you have a pretty plain and empty profile, then go ahead and autoplay your video. biggrin

Thanx i woulda never thought of using TekTek. i been tryin to get my vid on my profie for the longest and now it works. thanx again
