The Add-A-Sentence Game

I decided we needed more games.

This works rather simply; it's slightly like the "Two Word Round Robin" in the other thread, but you have no set word number, and can direct the sentence how you want. I start the story with a sentence, then everyone adds to it by adding another sentence. You must quote the person you're responding to in case of two people posting at the same time; if that happens, the first person to post is the accepted sentence, and the other must delete their post. You can add in whatever you want to the story, but it must be only one sentence. I used to play this all the time in another guild before I left it.

EXAMPLES (Cause we all love them)

P1: Old Joe decided to go fishing on Loch Ness.
P2: He hobbled into his boat, the "George in Drag," and took off.
P3: The Game and Fishing commissioner suddenly drove his boat up to arrest him for using the wrong kind of bait.
P2: Suddenly, Nessie ate the commissioner.
P1: Then, Nessie swam into an underground portal to her homeland of Nova Scotia.

And so on.

So let's get started, eh?

One day, Sarah was walking to school when a brick fell out of the sky.

This was seen as an act of war by the Brick People, who had originally dropped the brick on poor Sarah.
