anyone here ever heard of spiral or seen the series?

I own the first 4 DVDs of this series and I think it's great! I love Eyes Rutherford, he's my favourite character, well him and Kanone. Although I must admit I am anticipating the english release of the manga this fall a little more. I have the entire manga series in Japanese and it looks much better than the anime, for one it has characters in it that are not even introduced in the anime... >> <<

Nope ^^; I wish I did though, it would be nice. No, I belong to the Spiral Mystery of the Blade Children Guild, so I get a bit of my information from there. THEY kow everything... Like that there's a Prequel to the Spiral Manga called Spiral Alive that was released in Japan just last year ^_^

I watched the first nine episodes and stopped. It wasn't bad, but I was getting tired of Ayumu, and I really wanted him written out of the script for a few episodes so that they could spend time explaining the Blade Children and their curse. When my friend said that the mysteries regarding the Blade Children aren't really explained in the anime, but are in the manga, I decided to wait for the manga.

From what I can see in the manga the story line is pretty much the same. It looks like the go a little more in depth on the Blade Children but really the series is Ayumu centered. I am hoping they will bring Spiral Alive out to North America as well, that has a lot of information on the Blade Children.
