My first hot meal in two weeks, god it felt good. I can rest tonight without fear of capture. I have finally traveled out of my father's reach...for now. My determination is finally paying off. A shower, a hot meal, and a soft bed have all given me more strength. But I fear that my time in luxury is very short indeed.
I saw one of my fathers guards today.They are still looking for me. The prize for finding me is now 20 pieces of gold. A worthy price for any man. I feel oddly flattered that my price is so high, but it is not a good thing that it is high either. So I set out again today, feeling refreshed from the night in a town. I even bought a horse that will carry me across the land faster. The chances of my father capturing me are growing smaller.
