crying Painfull Truth crying

(poem about how I feel about my best friend who was at one time my gf then dumpped me and told me she was straight....*sigh*

I know for a fact I won't get you back
But does that mean i cant dream?
I hide my feelings from you and
live a complete lie

Have you forgoten what we went through?
Don't you miss it at all?
You said you hate it when someone hurts me
but I'm already taking the fall

I can't ever tell you that I'm still in love with you
That would change our friendship
I wish to be held just once more
I've already told you how I felt

But my heart was trampled and thrown out the door
I no longer will hear "I love you"
Unless we are just showing we care
No one knows how I feel

It shall stay this way
I held you close and dear to my heart but
Thrown and beaten I stay you said
You feel Guilty but I see differant

you act as if i mean nothing
I've even tryed to open your eyes.
For you to take me hold me and kiss me once more
but i know I'll never get you back....

Only a few questions lie.
If he didn't happen
would you still be mine?
If it was later and you were alone
would you come back?
If you could tell me the truth
would you say I love you and mean it like you used too?
I know you love me....I know you don't like to show it
I know you hate the fact of being teased...and I would
Probably just add onto that problem....
I wish just once I could tell you how I feel.
I wish i could stop being attracted to you...
Why am i anyway...
I'll never know.
I wish I could share one more kiss with you...
I wish our RP would become a little true...
But I'm living in a fantasy and that will never be true...
I wish you would do something to change my mind...
