I think their motto is/should be "Not available in a store near you!"
I wanted to print out some digital pictures, and I ordered them from the costco website. It said, "select your state", so I selected "Virginia". It said "Select a warehouse". I selected "Leesburg".
"Sorry, but the service is not available at this location."
So I selected "Sterling".
"Sorry, but the service is not available at this location."
It's not available anywhere in Virginia. Grarg. It's probably available in California, like everything else.
