It's funny, the minute I screw up, opportunities abound.
I've sent in 2 or three applications to wendy's over the past few years, never got a phone call. I put the WRONG ******** PHONE NUMBER on my resume, and bam, I get contacted. And I know you're thinking, 'How did they get ahold of her if she had the wrong phone #?' You think too much. I gave the resume to someone I know who works there, who gave me a good reccomendation to the manager, or... guy who hires people... whatever. He phoned her to get the proper number.
Now, I'm nervous as all hell because I'm leaving as soon as I finish typing this for a job interview.
Although I shouldn't be nervous, because I'm pretty sure I'll get the job. I mean, why would they go to all the trouble to get my proper number if They weren't seriously considering me for the job?
Shawna and Ryan and I were talking about it, and obviously they're not looking for the cream of the crop at wendy's. They want people who'll stay awhile, and not leave as soon as opportunity for a better job appears, so everytime I screwed up at anything today, I'd say 'See, further proof that I deserve this job" ^^;;
Now I have to leave, enjopy my frantically typed journal entry.
