So time to unwind. Nothing can or should phase me now. I must get my head in the game in order to get ready for the games tomorrow. I am as physically fit as I can push my body. I spent 2 months working out daily doing push ups, sit ups, crunches, leg races. I spent 2 months going my normal routine at school wearing 5 lbs, 8 lbs, 12 lbs, 16 lbs, and now 20 lbs worth of leg weights. I have played DDR killing my legs and going beyond what my body's endurance can and/or should do. I have done everything in my power to push my body beyond any known breaking point...and I have succeeded. I have broken myself 4 times in these past 2 months. I am as fit as can be. Now that the physical part is done, it is time to get the mental part in. For today and tomorrow I will not be practicing anything. I will be sitting, meditating, and dreaming. I will be imagining what I can and/or should do tomorrow. I will be get my head calm of any fear for tomorrow. For this year I wish to perform better than the lasts. I will not fail my chapter, my family, or myself. I will live to what I have set. I will try my best to be the MVP for my chapter. So holmes, wish me luck for tomorrow I play basketball to the max. Tomorrow I play games. Peace out.
