I have now experienced the miracle that is Ikea. IT WAS AMAZING!!! Like OMGZ!
Ok, so first we drove from Salem to Portland, kinda uneventful. Then we get there and oh my gosh!!!!!! I found 5 dream bedrooms, 3-4 dream living rooms and 3 dream kitchens. Not really any bathroom set ups, but I did find a few things in each that I liked. I also found a bedset that I really liked. After a few hours of wondering and getting stuff, we went and got lunch. If I could, I'd have lunch at Ikea everyday! I had Swedish meatballs -yummmm! whee - and chocolate tarte which was too much chocolate for me. My aunt dropped her lunch and almost as soon as it crashed on the floor, a lady was there to clean it up. Also, she got my aunt a new plate of food. Which most restaurants DO NOT do. Anyway, after Ikea we went to Fabric Depo and got lots of yarn and I got a thing to keep my robe closed. Which by the way I sewed on myself and looks absolutely amazing. Sil, if you want the same one, you gotta go to Fabric Depo to get it, since I'm pretty sure that now place in Salem would have that same awesome one I have. Oh and there was a poster with a guy on it, I forgot his first name, but his last name was Nakamura. Well, I thought it was cool anyway.

Ok so my older sister had said that Costco hotdogs were better than the Swedish meatballs at Ikea. I disagree, while the Costco hotdogs are the best hotdogs I have ever tasted, the Swedish meatballs were defently better. Also, there was a bird flying around the food area. Not even kidding. There really was a bird. It was up in the rafters and would come down and I think it was trying to escape because it'd stand on the windowsill.
