my baby cousin (hes 17.... only a few months a baby) didnt get his grl a gift for christmas sayn "he forgot"

so he said that he was gonna get her one for new years
of course i said thats way too late but does he listen to me? noooo...
so new years rolls around and still no gift for poor kelsey
so i ask him if hes EVER gonna get her a gift an he says "eventually..... mayb"
watever. i offer to buy one for him that he can giv to her and he says no shes spoiled anyway. im shocked by this whole situation.
then he says "i havent called her in three days, tomorrow i think im gonna go have sex with her."
