[me on the phone] "Hey Meg I can have the party!!! I know great! Hey do you think you can give me most of the people on lists numbers? Okay thanks.. bye!" Everything was set and it was Friday. We had had a snow day thank god! So I could get planning everything and inviting today then go shopping and have the real thing tomorrow!!
(NEXT DAY!)
It was Saturday the day of the party and I had just woken up to the first thought of the day "It's party time." I jumped out of my bed and flew down the stairs to find that I was the only one up. I decided to have breakfast then get started working. I cleaned up my room and took a shower. By the time I was back downstairs my Dad was up. Smiling at me he said, "Time to go shopping". OK I thought as we got in the car, we need to go to Big Y and get the party pizza Party store to get the Balloons banner and streamers and that would be it!!! Everything was falling into place! So it was 11:00am right now and we had till 3pm. So we most definitely would have enough time!!!
When we got to Big Y we immediately set our order then left for the party store. When we got inside it finally hit me. I'd been here before once....With Lily. We had come here to shop for costumes for Halloween together. I slowly walked through the entire store remembering everything that had happened. but as I was done remembering it was time to get back to business... because I had a party to get done.
