Valentines Day.... *sigh* Jesus....
Valentines day for teenagers is like halloween for little kids. We get candy AND we dress up as people we're not. Seriously, guys dress up as nice guys just because they want a piece of a.... and girls will dress up as suck ups just to get a valentine. It's a very evil holiday! What about those people who don't get s**t? Can you imagine a poor teen who goes to school on V day and all he gets is a crappy lollipop from the teacher because she felt sorry for him/her?... wow... that's depressing... and utterly pathetic.
Girl recieves gift and she'll be thinking "WOW, I got a stuffed bear!" and the guy will be thinking "I can't believe I spent $60 on this s**t." I mean get real people! There shouldn't BE a specific DAY to show the people you LOVE that you LOVE them!
There's nothing productive about it neither. I mean, I bet Hallmark and Condom world have a blast! but what about the people? Guys will go broke, girls will get fat by eating all those chocolates and then the gifts they receive can't even fit on their car ><... or maybe the chocolates will melt OR some random dude will eat them without you noticing(I would o.O).
And then theres the couples. When it's Valentine's day, couples get EXTRA lovey dovey but what happens AFTER. In the present, it's all "I love you." "I luv u too!" "happy V-day love!" and blablabla. Fast foward to a couple of weeks or months when the guy cheats on her or something else screws the relationship. The girl then finds the little love poem he wrote on Valentine's day BAM! low blow, don't you just LOVE V-DAY?
I personally don't approve of valentine's day, not because I hate love or anything but its just like I said before. I don't need a specific day to show the person I love that I really love her. I just like to rant blaugh
