They say there is a weight epidemic, but, there is just as many thin people hacking up their lunch into a McDonalds restroom toilet. Or exercise fanatics who have gone over so many lines to remain that way.
Yes, some children and teenagers are fat. Blame the fast food companies? No, blame the parents. Not only do the parents set a bad example, but the parents think there is nothing they can do about it as they hand their child a super-sized Del Taco meal, with Strawberry shake of course.
Also, people are fat. Your point? Some people are fat just because, others eat too much and eat unhealthy food, others use it to comfort themselves.Or it's just laziness.Another factor among women, is children. Having children. What do you want?
In this country, it's either over-weight, or under-weight. Not only a little either, it's going into EXTREMES. Young women think size double-zero, is where to be, and other's are trying to squeeze themselves into that hopeful pair of size 12's, just to feel as happy as the rest of them 'ACT'.
Also I am tired of over-weight people shaming the thin for being thin and saying that thin people do not have image problems. Excuse me? Body image issues occur in people all heights, weights, and colors. Ask my boyfriend, ask my sisters, ask my brother. We all have issues, and we are all different body shapes and sizes.
It's all madness.
Last but not least - I am SO ******** tired of seeing this, "Big is gorgeous" plastered all over everything. It's an excuse, and it's sickening. It's an excuse not to do anything, and your pressuring your own damn self to be comfortable with your own body when really your not. If your not happy, stop the bullshit, get up and do something about it. But don't pressure everyone to think the way you do since you feel all alone, you have to drag someone down with you.
