hello, fellow wanted people for insane asylums, I've just discovered something that I should have figured out ever since the first time I began to RPG:
I'm better at comedy insane RPGs than I am with serious situations and problem RPGs.
I bet that the majority of you few readers are currently saying with a sarcastic tone "No, really? I never would have guessed" or something of the like.
I remember when I wasn't as lazy as I am now that my RPGs were actual ones you took outside, they almost always ended up randomly stopping due to the fact that my RPG friend was good at serious RPGs and I would always have slight issues with coming up with what would happen next.
And now that I am lazy as hell and RPG online here on jolly good Gaia, 99.99999% of all RPGs that I participate in end up being crack RPGs. lol
Such as my current favourite (regardless of the fact that now only one friend and myself are the only ones who actually post),a Fullmetal Alchemist RPG that was originally supposed to be serious, has now ended up on the flip side of sanity and has gone to the depths of every homophobe's hell.
Don't get me wrong now, we aren't doing anything against the TOS, when that time comes, we'll be reduced to PM's and possibly handing a note book back and forth to each other at school sweatdrop
Of course, even then the RPG was supposed to be relatively serious, Jacob, one of my characters was kidnapped by Envy and his father, who is the twin like person of Hoenhime(How do you spell his name again? O.o) from the manga series, not the anime (It's a little confusing if you haven't read the RPG), but, since I lack in the fight scene department, Roy ended up simply torching Envy and the freaky clone dad guy and grabbing Jacob.
Jacob, being the cute little squee chibi that he is, ends up getting glomped by Roy later, which totally kills the serious mood as Roy talks about Éclairs.
And now, I have made the RPG even more less serious by forcing poor Jacob in a Victorian style dress along with make up and a wig, making him seriously look like a very beautiful girl. ^.^
So yes, I'm afraid I suck at keeping RPGs serious, trust me when I say it is taking every ounce of my energy NOT to end up screwing with it too, there was many an opening to make it shounen ai, but I managed to suppress my Yaoi insanity issues and keep it relatively normal.
Oh dear, I have rambled! eh well, it's not like you few readers aren't used to that ne?
well it doth be 11:21 pm, and I reluctantly have to go to school in the morning, so I end this rant about RPG issues with THIS:
