hey, this is a story I wrote, it's not fnished yet, so let me know what you think of it thus far. I will be changing the name, the name Raven is temperary, if you have any names you'd like to suggest, let me know. Well, here it is so far...By the way, Hithormiel, my journal was messing up, and the work entry was from when I did have my job, I still have NO job, and that was from Jan. just to let you know.
She had always dreamed of flying. She would lay in her front yard staring at the sky. She thought it as mysterious. When she was young, her parents died in a plane crash, you'd think she'd be afraid of planes and such, but it make her more curious about the mystery of the sky. She knew that people know what's up there, but to actually be able to fly up there, to feel the softness of the clouds, to feel the wind in your face, to feel so free. She wished, with all her heart to have the ability to fly. "Raven? Raven!? RAVEN!" her adopted mother yelled. Raven had, of course, been on the roof staring at the sky. Raven jumped to her feet and looked to the ground. "Yes, ma'm?" She asked. "Get to your room and clean it...NOW!" she told her. Raven sighed and went through the window into her room. Raven's walls had been covered in pictures of airplanes, birds, comets streaking across the night sky. She was still wanting to explore the mystery of the sky for herself. Since her parent's death, she had lived a semi normal life. She was adopted by a rather nice family, though the mom was rather strict and a perfectionest about cleaning. She had grown to become 5'9" she had waist long dark brown hair, so dark some people thought it was black. Her eyes were a bright baby blue. Her adopted family thought she was the most unique girl around, with her dark hair and bright eyes. She wore a pair of black tennis shoes, a pair of blue jeans with a red belt and a black star wars shirt that says on the front "the force is srtong in this one." Raven quickly picked up her room and went downstairs to the living room to see her "dad". She saw him sitting in his usual chair reading the paper. "Um..dad?" She started. "Yes Raven, what is it?" he replaied without taking his eyes off his paper. "I was wondering if it's ok, if I can go to that new amusement park, the one with the bungee jumper thing, it that ok?" She told him. She knew he was thinking about what she had asked. Several minuates went by before she finally got her answer. "yes, you can go, " he pulled out his wallet dropping his paper, he had a kind and gental face, very father like. He had brown eyes and black hair, he wore contacts instead of his glasses. He handed her some money and told her to have fun. "Thanks dad, see you later." Raven said as she dashed out the door.
