this is not spectacularly interesting or anything...
but i had a weird dream last night...
it was so odd. i was sleeping at about 1am my time and suddenly i was plunged into the strangest dream.
it was really realistic - gee, nah? - but i was watching from a bird's eye view
a random three-to-four year old was hanging off the edge of a cliff with one tiny hand. i tried to reach to help, but i could see that my arms were not going to be long enough.
from my position i felt helpless. i willed myself to reach further but the me down there gave up.
then the tiny girl looked up at me - somehow floating in mid-air - and she had green eyes tinged with yellow at the centre. i remember vividly becasue they were so haunting.
she looked up at me with those startling eyes and said two words; "the bells."
what does that mean? i don't know.
then she let go of the hand that was holding her there and pointed as she fell, her calm, limp body falling down this endless cliff into darkness.
and she pointed behind me, and she mouthed, "the bells" again, meaningfully, as if i should know what it meant.
but as i turned to look where she pointed, my dream ended, and i sat up in my bed at a quarter to three, still with her hauntingly calm eyes in my mind.
i will never forget it.
so next on my checklist of things to do; find out what it meant. find what the girl meant by, "the bells," and then do something about it. because i feel it has something to do with my life, and i need to figure it out before it drives me insane.
