So, today my friend, Sammy, and myself went on another "walk". I suggested we go down the the ravine. Find some random path and take a walk through the forest. Well, it was a fairly stupid decision on our part since it had rained earlier and everything was slippery and muddy.

So, we start out trip and take a while bunch of awesome pics. (With my camera)

Down this path, we get to another familiar path we had taken with a few boys, last year.



Anyways, we fooled around and went by the water drop out.


Then by this cliff and rested for a while. This should have been about...an hour and a half in? Yeah.

(Yeah, that's me. xD)

We went down another familiar path from last year.

THEN we reached it.
The very spot where I lost my shoe. xD It was this reddish, orangey rust colored muddy water. It was like sinking mud. ::Shudders:: I can even remember when I had to have my friends pull me out. D:

SADLY, I slipped again and my foot went in, I freaked and took another step on what I THOUGHT was SOLID ground, but wasn't. It was another sink hole of orangy/red goop and it got my other feet.
Sammy is laughing her a** off as I'm screaming and freaking out.
My hightops were ORANGE through and through. WET too. xD
Sammy was nearly pissing herself laughing. She looked FINE. Perfectly! xD
While my hair was all sweaty and pulled against my forehead. I was COVERED in mud from the MUDDY trails from the rain. xD
I looked disgusting and a mess. D:
So, I was still on the other side of the little stream, thinking of how to get across. So I take a step on a good piece of land, then I try to take another on a slipperly tree branch, but, of course, I slip and my left shoe goes in....again. D: Sammy doubles over from lack of air from laughing so hard. D:
My shoe was COMPLETELY orange. V-V
So, eventually we got to the metal tunnel pipe. I got Sammy to go to the other side and we took some cool pictures! :"D

But when I was going to pass her my cell to take the picture, I was climbing up the little hill, slipped on the mud and my left hand landed on a broken bottle head. It cut my inner hand in four places. The cuts weren't all that deep but damn! Did it hurt!

Sammy was freaking out, getting really scared and upset. I told her I was fine.
Which I thought I was.
I had to keep wiping my hand on my sweater, because it wouldn't stop bleeding.
D:
Ew.
We had to steep this really tall MUDDY cliff afterwards. Of course my hands were covered in mud because of the climbing. So naturally the cuts on my hand were too.
(ew, infection)
We reached the almost top, where there was a resting spot. We layed there for a minute, catching out breath.
When we started hearing howling. And I mean REAL howling. Like wolves. We got way freaked out. xD
I bet it was dogs or something.
But when we finally reached the top, all hot, sweaty and panting, we were greeted by a beautiful scenery.


Then, Sammy took my cell and took a picture of my very messy and dirty self. xD
Seriously, look at my shoes! V-V


Then, I took one of Sammy. (Hardly looking dirty at all. Damn her!)
Just as I took it, she slipped and was falling backwards.

She almost fell but I managed to grab her and ended up getting myself even MORE dirty, and getting a giant whelp bruise on my leg.

But I pay the price for saving my friend from death. XD


One last look before we headed off home, dirty, muddy, sweaty and thinking of excuses to tell our parents. XDDDDD

So yeah, that was our last adventure for summer. xD
I am tired, exhausted and totally dead.

I'll be posting more adventures of Sammy and I. xD They're mostly funny because I'm always the one getting hurt and dirty.
