Imagery:
A soft orange leaf, the first of fall
drifts slowly towards the ground
It lands amidst the fiendish world
with out so much a sound.

The place in which its taken rest
is beneath the smoggy clouds.
It lays its head upon a pool
of gasoline beneath the croud.

The leaf is no comparison by far
to the rainbow colors of the pool
So beautiful and rich they are
and dangerous to any fool.

A pollution, rich like chocolate
as man may think to say
It leaches at the world bit by bit
And sucks away man's stay.

But beautiful is it that spreads
beneath the leaf today.
