I decided to to go on the school camping trip, but I forgot I would have to sleep in a tent, with four classmates. I used my cell phone o find the nearest motel and begged my teacher to take me there. Me and nature do not mix. When I got back I found out I failed to math tests in a row.To save my grade I would have to do an hour of algebra a night. I complained about it to anyone who would listen but still hit the books everynight. It rained the night before, and when I was walking to school the next dy a cdar sped by and splattered mud all over me and my new white tank top. i washed the dirt of my skin and wore my new, splattered chic shirt without shame.When I got to school, I found out that one of the popular girls was spreading nasty rumurs about me, and people had been whispering and pointing at me all day. I let it blow over. Next week, she would be picking on someone else and everyone would forget. I tried out for the school soccor, softball, and volleyball team and didn't make any. When I found out I took it as a sin I wasn't meant to be an athlete and gave the school paper a try. I have a crush on my older brother's friend, and that meddling snoop told him. When he came after school I hid in my room until he left. How embarressing.
