Friday December 19, 2008:
Nothing about this day was happy. From the moment I woke to the moment I went to sleep. All I felt was miserable and alone.
The previous day my boyfriend broke up with me. Not because he wanted to, but because he moved to Georgia! I cried for an entire half hour, no comfort whatsoever. Just because no one would answer their phone, and because I couldn't go to my mom.
Now when I went to school, I had let out the shocking news to some of my friends, who only reacted by saying 'awwwwwwwww' and giving me a hug. I didn't want to talk about, and I think they knew that.
But when the bell rang for us to go to class, he saw me and we just gave each other a smile and he walked right past me. Trying to pretend I wasn't there, and I felt horrible. When I went to first hour, I broke down in tears and had to be escorted to the bathroom by my friend. After all that was over, we took our midterms.
During lunch was nothing but chaos. People were all sad and crying, neraly bringing me back to tears. But letting him see me cry was not an exception. I held it in. And I hugged him tons of times.
After both midterms--the last two, thank God--we got to go wherever. So I went to the same teacher, who I didn't even take for my third and fourth hour, lucky for me, my ex was in there. He talked to me that time, and after class, I gave him a poem.
Last hour, he came into my class. And we teased and flirted like we used to. Like he wasn't going to leave, like we never broke up, like we weren't friends... dating.
We ride the same bus. We flirted and played around, trying to ignore the other people around us. To have whatever time we had left together memorable. And it was, cause the last minute or so we just held each other and kissed each other for the last time. When I got off first, I immediately started to cry again. It was the last time I saw him.
