I found out that a week before Normy got his 10 day letter, that they changed the policy from letting them go as soon as they get it to making them stay the full 10 days.
Why? Because the idiots that deal with pay don't know how to not pay people that take off as soon as they get their letter, and end up paying them for days they didn't work.
The thing that pisses me off the most is that they ******** up his letter, and it cost him a week. If they hadn't messed up, I would have had him two weeks ago. Now I have to have him three weeks later than I would have. stressed
I ******** hate the idiots at the military, instead of fixing the problem of idiots that don't know how to pay, they fix the results and make it so that the pay idiots don't have to worry about screwing up, and keep the people getting out from actually getting out.
