Wow, how the time has come and pass like water down the granite face. Just last Tuesday, i ran my fingers through such a river and was left with a strange sense of calm and serenity. As we hiked passed the rolling hills I saw the heavens stretched out before me. As we all sat silently by the trickling water, I felt a kinship in the sound of the world around me. Holly, and Wolf, my dearest love and an honored friend. It helped put things into perspective. I don't have a job thanks to bad business but there's still that world spinning out there. If not for Holly's love, Id have long since fallen prey to the darkness. Her love is the Long Ship that keeps me afloat amidst the sea of chaos and turmoil. Without it I am damned to Aegir's realm. My friends are the sails and rigging helping it move along the icy waves as the sea swirls all about me. My family, the love of my dear nephew especially for the pride, the banner upon my shield as I press onward on this path of life.

I've battled deamons and fought against my own darkness and selfishly thought the battle was only my own. But her light is a beacon which drives me forward and her compassion the wind in my hair. To me her smile is the shining sun that calms the waves and brings the assurance of a new tomorrow. No matter what she is beside me to show that I am master of my own destiny.

I can never begin to give the thanks needed to serve right to those who stand by me in love honor or respect. But thank you all.
