Gosh, I don't play with this feature all that often... sweatdrop

I think I've written more of my antics on DA even though I originally started my first journal rant here. Then again the journal option on here doesn't stand out as much... outta sight outta mind I guess. XD

Anyhow I wanted to write in here for the sake of writing, just because I can't seem to find it in me to write period.
What I mean is, despite my absolute obsession with drawing, I also enjoy writing. Those sorts of things go hand in hand when your a comic artist, and it has it's benefits. It's just that lately I'm not finding much of a creative spark.
I remember once upon a time I could sit in front of a big boxy computer screen and hammer away at the keyboard without a care in the world and marvel at my creative outlets (even go so far as to post them when it was fanfiction XP).

So what in Sam Hill happened to all of that?! Nowadays I can't rifle through two pages worth of gobbled-y-gook without fretting myself to death over whether or not it's worthy or if somebody will pop in with "helpful" advice and shoot it down like it's game.

Am I worrying too much or did I hit a roadblock that I'll never escape? I'm afraid if I don't get past this my comics might suffer as well. crying
