As I pulled my hand away from the door I noticed that I was shakeing nervously. I had to control my emotions this woman couldn't know I feared her. Then I thought about it, if it came down to it I could let loose my power onto this great sorceress, but my gut told me it wouldn't be wise to do so. Before I could finish prepareing myself the door creaked open and there before me stood a tall dark muscular woman with hair the color of flames, and pierceing eyes. She looked at Ambrosie and smiled in a knowing way, then she turned her gaze on me. Her eyes gleamed and she spoke with a flowing but demanding voice.
" I have been expecting you child, I sense you are but a baby in our world. You pocess wisdom beyonf your years and a soul older than your body." She hesitated.
"And power, what great power you have locked within you my dear."
She steped aside and jestured into the large house that looked as if it was going to swallow anyone that entered. I tuned in to every sense as much as I possibly could to sense any possible threat, nothing seemed to alert me so i softned the slightest bit. Ambrosie followed behind me and Venefecia behind him. As the door closed I felt the hair on the back of my neck rise and my fangs threaten to come through, but i kept my insincts at bay. Venefecia led us to what looked as a regular dinning table but was far from it. There were odd lookin objects and spices along with miscellanous things. My skin crawled as i thought of what they were for. Veneficia caught my gaze and chuckled. The three of us sat at the table and automatically Ambrosie began to talk, he explained why we were here and what we wanted to know. The entire time Venefecia had her eyes locked on to me intensely, as if I was a specimen under a microscope.
Ambrosie continued to ramble on untill the vampire sorceress raised her hand and silenced him.
" Ambroise, Ambrosie... you have years of experience and yet you still have not learned to be silent! This one is who needs my assistance she should be the one talking to me yet she sits there quiet. Thankfully I already know what you need from me and I have already begun my inspection while you were jabbering on. This young woman is in fact the chosen one, she has far more power then even I have. I am able to teach her to harness this power and use it effectively, but as both of you know already you must pay my price. Both of you. Now I will require moree from you my dear Ambrosie because this one, her blood is so precious and I do not want to become addicted to it." She turned to me.
"Now darling what is your name, im sure you must be uncomfortable with me knowing all about you, and I feel it proper to learn your name."
I swallowed hard " Madame, my name is Callidora, and my I ask how are you supose to teach me what I need in so little time?"
"Little time? My dear its going to take at least fourteen days if not longer, you will stay here with me and once every two days I will take my payment."
Ambrosie then spoke up, "How shall we get our sustinence?"
Venefecia rolled her eyes, " The normal way, you will have time between training dearies."
For the first time Ambrosie looked shocked.
The fierce woman gracefully stood and held her hand out toward me.
"I will show you to your quarters Callidora."
